1.1) Introduction:
The analysis of financial statement is a process of evaluating relationship between component part of financial statement to obtain a better understanding of the firms position and performance. The first task of the financial analyst is to select the information relevant to the decision under consideration from the total information contained in the financial statement. The second step involve in financial analyze is to arrange the information in a way to highlight significant relationships. The final step is interpretation and drawing of inferences and confusions. In brief, financial analysis is the process of selection, relation, and evaluation. Like that use Trend analysis, Common sized analysis, Horizontal analysis, and Ratio analysis.

1.2) Problem statement:

1.4) Objective:
Primary objective: - To analyze the financial statement of the Katariya Automobiles Limited for its true financial positioning by the use of different tools.

Secondary objective: - To evaluate the profitability in the Kataria Automobiles Limited. - To evaluate the financial strength of the company. - To evaluate the solvency of the company - To evaluate future growth outlook of the company.

1.5) Methodology:
Research design:

Used longitudinal study in descriptive research design because it is based on some previous understanding of the topic & research has got very specific objective & also used past year data so, it become time periodical data. Sample design (method) : Here, we select sample size of current past 5 year data is taken present study. Data collection method: Used to Secondary data for project. Because that we used annual report for company & website.

1.7) Limitation:
The analysis which is carried out is based on balance sheet and due to non-availability of internal data because of the limitation of them to publish internal data. So, the analysis to the limiting factors. The financial position of the company is affected by several factors like economic, social.
