CONFIDENTIALITY You shall not, except as authorized or as required by your duties in regards to dealings with government authorities, reveal to as any person(s) or company (ies) any confidential (unpublished) materials or information, or knowledge dealing with processes, methods, and/or related companies which may come to your knowledge during your employment. This prohibition includes the dealings of, or any information concerning the organization, implementation, and/ or financial transactions of or any of its/ their subsidiaries, associated, related companies which may come to your knowledge during your employment. You shall also keep with complete secrecy all confidential information entrusted to you and shall not attempt to use this information against earlier mentioned companies in any manner which may injure their conducting business singly or in concert; or which may benefit you personally, independent of your employment relationship with this companies. This restriction shall continue to apply after the termination of your employment without limit in point of time, but shall cease to apply to any information or knowledge of the companies which may come into public domain. Further you are to act in an exemplary manner when dealing with the assets of the hotel; so as to be held above suspicion for culpability to the degree that accusations, misconducts or impropriety can be easily disproved. You will do all in your power to assure the operations of the hotel are conducted in a manner that is legal, moral, ethical, and is, all aspects, representative of characteristics that result in a companys reputation for integrity, fair mindedness, and being perceived in the community at large as a responsible employer. It is also your responsibility to conduct your personal affairs in legal, moral and ethical manner, deporting yourself exemplary, so as to attain the same standards in your personal affairs as you do in matters relating to the manner of operation of the hotel. 17. COMPANY DOCUMENTS You shall not during the continuance of this agreement make, otherwise than for the benefit of the Company, any notes or memoranda relating to any other within the scope of the business of the company or concerning any of its associated or related companies; nor shall you either during the continuance of your employment, or afterwards, use or permit to be used, any such notes or memoranda made by you shall be the property of the company and shall be left at its office upon termination of your employment.

EXCLUSION OF OTHER OCCUPATIONS You shall not, without the consent of the company during the continuance of your employment, be engaged or hold interest, either directly or indirectly, in any capacity in any trade business of the company which in the opinion of the Company may hinder or otherwise interfere with the performance of your duties. 19. RENEWAL OF EMPLYMENT CONTRACT

This Contract is renewable upon the expiry of the two (2) years term subject to such terms and conditions as may then be mutually agreed upon by both parties. We look forward to your efforts and loyalty and hope that will make use of the opportunities accorded to you for the development of your career and objectives of: Maintaining and Improving the standards that we have set for ourselves and which is expected of us; Working diligently, efficiently and conscientiously to achieve even higher targets that we have set for ourselves and for the Owners.

If the above terms of offer are acceptable to you, please sign and return the duplicate copy of this letter indicating your acknowledgement and acceptance of the offer for this position and your contract employment, and its attendant terms and conditions.
