We had problems with our customers who want to buy our company's product that ASUS Laptops, type K43U, because the price error at advertisement in Bali Post, but fortunately our company incur no material losses.

Pricing Error happened on Thursday Morning, 3th January 2013, in our advertisement at Bali Post Newspaper which is located at Kepundung Road No.102 Denpasar. However, the sales departement have been knew about this pricing error so salespeople ready to dealing with customers who inquire about this product. And none of products have been sold

This Pricing Error due to Bali Post fault in publishing our products price, where the price of our products should be Rp 4.700.000, but the price published is Rp 4.200.000 so that many customers will misunderstanding about price of our products. This error can only be resolved by republishing the advertising of our products in bali post

This morning, I contacted the sales departement in order to handling of customer inquiries regarding about the product. Employees of the sales departement to the customer explaining about the mistake in inclusion of our product price in the Bali Post advertisment. on behalf of our company, we apologized to customers for the error. Further this afternoon, I will contact the Bali Post to rectify our company product price so that the Bali Post newspapers which will be published tomorrow on 4th January2013, already put the actual price of our product by this details : product name ASUS Laptop, type K43U, price Rp 4.700.000, 00.

we had problem with our customer who want to buy our companys product that Laptop ASUS, type K43U, because the price error at advertise in Bali Post, tetapi untungnya our company tidak mengalami kerugian secara material.

The Price Error happened on Thursday Morning, 3th January 2013, in our advertise at Bali Post Newspaper yang beralamat di Jalan Kepundung No. 102, Denpasar. Namun, pihak penjualan telah mengetahui menangani kesalahan harga ini sehingga pegawai penjualan telah siap menghadapi pelanggan yang menanyakan mengenai produk kami ini. Dan produk kami ini tidak ada yang terjual.

The Price Error ini disebabkan karena kesalahan balipost dalam menerbitkan harga produk kami dimana harga produk kami seharusnya Rp 4.700.000 namun harga yang diterbitkan sebesar Rp 4.200.000 sehingga banyak pelanggan yang keliru akan harga produk kami tersebut. Kesalahan ini hanya dapat diselesaikan dengan penerbitan ulang iklan produk kami di bali post.

Pagi ini , Saya menghubungi pihak penjualan agar menangani perihal pertanyaan pelanggan mengenai produk ini . Pegawai dari pihak penjualan menjelaskan kepada pelanggan mengenai kesalahan pencantuman harga iklan yang ada di iklan bali post dan kami atas nama perusahaan meminta maaf kepada pelanggan atas kesalahan tersebut. Selanjutnya Siang ini, saya akan menghubungi pihak balipost untuk meralat harga produk perusahaan kita sehingga Koran Bali Post yang terbit besok, tanggal 4th January 2013, sudah memasang harga produk yang sebenarnya dengan rincian nama produk Laptop ASUS, type K43U, price Rp 4.700.000,00.
