Guitar Notes Master builds on the GuitarCourses.ws Fretboard Trainer but hugely increases the lesson content and adds a number of other exciting features to help you master the guitar fretboard. Guitar Notes Master includes all of the following extra lessons and practice content on top of that included with Fretboard Trainer: Pentatonic Lead Patterns Intervals Triads (C, G, Am, Bdim, Faug etc) - Arpeggios and Chords Sevenths (C7, Am7, Gm7b5 etc) - Arpeggios and Chords Expanded Chords & Arpeggios (9th, 11th, 13th etc) Suspended Chords & Arpeggios (sus2, sus4) 6, 6/9, Add9 Slash Chords & Power Chords Modes - Dorian, Phrygian, Lydian, Mixolydian, Locrian Blues Scales, Harmonic & Melodic Minor Diminished, Whole Tone, Phrygian Dominant
Of course as with the Fretboard Trainer, the lessons are interactive and are accompanied by thousands of practice questions to answer on the virtual fretboard so you can quickly reinforce the knowledge learned in the lessons. But that's not all; Guitar Notes Master also adds the following exciting features: Guitar Exercise Generator - Create customized printable exercises for the patterns learned in the lessons. Select the scale or arpeggio pattern you want to practice, choose a key, and the program generates a sheet of exercises - not just straight up and down the pattern but skipping notes and playing groups of notes as well so you can really get the patterns under your fingers. Playback - Listen to the examples on the virtual fretboard through the MIDI playback functionality using your soundcard or external synthesizer. Note View - Press the note view button to switch the labeling of the notes on the fretboard to show note names or intervals.
