The Fogmaster Model 6300 Low Pressure

Pump is designed to provide the lift
necessary to allow venturi type foggers
to operate over six feet above the
liquid source.

The Model 6300 has an oscillating piston

pump and a circuit with the ability to
sense a lack of liquid and automatically
shut off the pump to avoid burnout.
Operational lights are provided to
indicate status, (Green = pump “ON”,
Yellow = low liquid level/no
pressure). Preferably mount the pump
at or below the liquid source. The
pump can be mounted up to 7’ above
the liquid.

Operation

.
The operation is straight forward. Connect the
inlet to the liquid source and the outlet to the
inlet on the fogger power head. When using the
with the High-Jet, pull the tubing off the hose
barb fitting on top of the cover plate, closest to
the handle and the power head end also. This is
the liquid supply line. Connect the thin 4’
tubing supplied with the pump to the hose barb
on the cover plate and the other end to the inlet
hose barb on the pump (next to the green light)
and connect the other end to the High-Jet power
head coupling. (Use tubing clips to hold the
pressurised line on the hose barbs and prevent
leaking).

Plugging the Pump-R into 230VAC energises the

unit. Unless constant running of the fogger is
necessary, most users plug the Pump-R and
Fogger into the controlled outlet of a Repeat
Cycle Timer.

The Model 6300 case is corrosion resistant. The

design life of the pump is 1000 hours.
Replacement parts or repair are available from
Anotec.

Flow rate is .32 GPM @ 0 PSI and pump bypasses

@ 38 PSI. These values may vary +/- 15%.
