Migration from one prepaid plan to other (Lifetime, per second plan, per minute plan, General plan & Roam Free plan) is allowed any time with the use of Plan vouchers. Migration facility is not applicable for Special plans of Pyari Jodi, Student Special plan & Jai Jawan plan.

Tariff the SMS charges will be as per the plan/STV subscribed by the customer the SMS charges will be as per the plan or 50 paise per SMS which ever is more upto 100 SMS per SIM per day will be free and beyond that the SMS charges will be as per the plan or 50 paise per SMS which ever is more

Validity Extension :
Per second Plan, Per minute plan, General plan, Roam free Plan, Pyari Jodi, Student Special & Jai Jawan Plan : Validity can be extended by use of Plan voucher For Lifetime customers : MRC Rs. 200 in six months is implemented as per present system of giving proportionate validity with minimum of 45 days for Rs. 50 Topup and in multiples of Rs. 50 (ie. Rs.100 & 150 will extend validity by 90 & 135 days respectively). Plan vouchers are not applicable for Lifetime validity extension.

Top-up vouchers : The Top-up vouchers will only provide talk value without any validity extension. The Top-up vouchers available are as below : Top-up voucher denomination (MRP Range in Rs. Incl. of S. Tax) 600-5500 With increment of Rs. 100 60-550 With increment of Rs. 10 10-55 With increment of Re. 1 Note:
1. 2. Increased talk value is available on Topup of Rs. 3300 & 5500. No validity will be provided with Topup vouchers.

Closed User Group (CUG) for prepaid services : The following charges will be deducted from the account balance of each prepaid customer for a Local CUG group : Group Size Local CUG Charges (Rs.) 3 to 25 Rs. 2.70 daily 26 and above Rs. 2.00 daily CUG will be applicable while in Home LSA & not in national roaming. Calls within the CUG are free. Customers under Plans Per Second Plan, Per Minute Plan, General Plan & Pyari Jodi are eligible for CUG group. CUG facility is not available for Lifetime customers. The calls within CUG refers to voice calls only and do not include video calls. All other terms and conditions will remain same.

Procedure to avail Reduced call charges facility under prepaid plans and Friends & family facility under Student Special Plan
All Subscribers under normal prepaid plan can enjoy reduced call charges facility on 3 BSNL numbers. Two on-net Local numbers (MP & CG) and one on-net STD number is allowed. Similarly Customers registered under Student Special Plan can avail Friends & Family facility on 5 numbers. The numbers can be either on-net or off-net. For all Prepaid Plans (except Student Plan) Off-net numbers are not applicable as reduced call facility numbers. For Student Special Plan STD on-net & off-net numbers are not applicable as F&F numbers. The customers may be informed about the same. However system can accept these numbers via IVR 241 but charging will be Normal (without any concession) and Rs 5 per modification will be deducted from customer account.
