RELIGIOUS SYMBOLS
We will look at the main religious systems of the world, and we will discover that satan will distort and misuse signs or symbols to control elements, or try to take Jesus identity. Next weeks publication will cover the gospel in the stars, but before we go as deep as that into the Word of God, lets take a look at common symbols that are used here in Ghana, and around the world:

CROSS - In the Hindu Rg Vedas (written about 2000bc), The Vedic Literature shows us at least ten important features of
the Prajapati-sacrifice which was completely fulfilled in Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection. The cross was the place understood to be the place the savior of the world would die. Christians have indeed adopted the cross but its origins date back long before the Messiah was ever born. The cross can be dated back to ancient Babylon and the worship of the sun-gods Mithra and Tammuz; at best, the cross is a place where the flesh dies, no-one can bless themselves with the sign of the crossunless they learn to die to self. Jesus wore the cross so you dont have to!

STAR & CRECENT - In the bible, the morning star represents Jesus Christ (Rev. 2:28, 22:16), and the moon
in its forth day phase, also represents Jesus first coming (on the 4th day/millennium of man). The Ottoman Empire used the symbol in the 19th century, possibly rendering its meaning to Allah in Islam, the moon god (6th century). In Isaiah 14:12-15, Lucifer makes a statement to YHWH, that he would be likened unto Him, and be worshipped. In the KJV, Lucifer is called the Son of the Morning (angel), but in the NIV, NWT and some other modern translations, he is called The Morning Star (God). Thus, satan wants Jesus identity for himself!

SOLOMONS SEAL Acts 7:43Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan,
figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon. Those familiar with the Jabal al Lawz video, taken by Ron Wyatt, will notice the 6 pointed star and bull drawing at the base of the mountain, which leaves no doubt, that this is the symbol Solomon was so fascinated with, before he fell from grace and started Ashtoreth worship (1Kings 11:5). Although Buddhism has no real symbol, the main teachings are about two forces (see Dan 11:38-39); centripetal force and centrifugal force, which are political (polar) opposites, and when seen in nature or in physics, we see two forces are used to create hurricanes, or even black holes in space, which swallow up whole stars! Forget Starwars;- This is the real symbol of the death star!

HEXAGRAM - Another star enclosed in a circle and another popular symbol used by those who practice various
forms of witchcraft. This symbol is not as popular with Satanist and may even be used exclusively by those practicing other forms of the occult such as wicca and other forms of witchcraft. The shape was recently discovered on the N. Pole of planet Saturn by the Cassini Orbiter early this century- is this the destroyer spoken of in scripture? Hitler used this symbol to identify Jews, when he was secretly planning to offer them to his god, in the holocaust. The word holocaust is found in the Dewy-Reims version of the bible- means offering. Hitler was a devout Roman Catholic!

THE PLEIADES - Known as the Home of God in the SDA church, this star system is shown in
detailed structures on Mars, and on Earth, i.e. the seven hills of Rome (see Rev. 17:9). It is also held sacred in Egyptian religious writings. The Vatican itself was built on a pagan shrine to the god/goddess Janus, and is said to go many kilometers into the earth. The idols to Venus and Jupiter were simply re-named Mary and Peter, and the birth of the Catholic Church had began (about the 4th century). These hills must have been built by man, but why? Were the pagans worshipping the stars by building shrines to them, or is there something deeper- did angels descend from this place and begin to corrupt men, as we read in Gen 6? There is no other explanation for the structures on Mars;- even the Hindu Vedas refers to light ships, or Vimanas which were constructed again by the Nazis (Fu-Fighters).

ASHANTI The Adrinka symbols are said to be from the lost continent of Mu, or perhaps Atlantis, as
W. Africa is also found off the Atlantic ocean. This symbol is said to mean Cosmic Law, yet it is not unlike some Egyptian hieroglyphs, which look like light bulbs. There is no doubt in my mind that past civilizations knew about and used electricity; and if we read a Russian scientist called Kardashevs scheme to determine how powerful a civilization was, we can see how basic our technology is, compared to a type 3 civilization (we are currently a type 0). There are also similarities from the Ka or Life-Force symbol to the Nuclear Power symbol we have today, and Atoms, and the Sound Spectrum are also represented. Is History repeating itself?

EVIL SYMBOLS

FISH SYMBOL - Also known as the Ichthys Symbol (Greek for fish). Another adaptation of a pagan symbol into
Christianity in the shape of a Bishops hat. The fish was used worldwide as a religious symbol associated with the pagan "Great Mother Goddess." It was meant to represent the outline of her vulva. It is linked to the Age of Pisces and also has associations with the Hindu deity Vishnu but more so with Dagon the fish-god of the Philistines. The name Dagon is derived from dag which means fish. There have also been discoveries of the fish-god in sculptures found in Nineveh Assyria. Dagon is also found in the Scriptures (Judges 16:23-24; 1 Samuel 5:2-5).

TRIQUETRA SYMBOL - Another symbol of the occult adopted by Christianity. This symbol is used to
symbolize the Christian trinity doctrine, however this symbol was originally used to represent the Three-Part Goddess (Maiden, Mother, Crone). This symbol is used as a secretive sign by the Aquarian Conspirators (A New Age Cult) and appears on "The Aquarian Conspiracy" a New Age handbook. This symbol also appears on the popular TV show "Charmed" which promotes witchcraft and appears on the front cover of "The Book of Shadows" which is used in witchcraft and Satanism.

CIRCLE (sacred hoop, ring): An ancient and universal symbol of unity, wholeness, infinity, the
goddess, and female power. To earth-centered religions throughout history as well as to many contemporary pagans, it represents the feminine spirit or force, the cosmos or a spiritualized Mother Earth, and a sacred space. (See next item) Gnostic traditions linked the unbroken circle to the "world serpent" forming a circle as it eats its own tail.

PEACE SYMBOL - Also known as the Cross of Nero. Many people are not aware of the origins of this
symbol or how it became to symbolize peace. This is the cross of Nero, a broken and inverted cross, enclosed in a circle which represents Nero's vision. Nero believed that there would be world peace without Christianity, thousands of Christians were martyred under the rule of Nero. This is what the "peace symbol" represents regardless of what it means to you.

ANARCHY SYMBOL - Also known as the Circle-A. Many people do not give it much thought but the
anarchy symbol is also of the occult. Enclosed in a circle is the letter A, which represents anarchy. Anarchy is the absence of all law and disobedience to any existing law. This is the nature of Satan our adversary who rebelled against our creator, "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law" is the one and law in the Satanic religion. When applied spiritually this doctrine is the doctrine of sin (I-John 3:4).

GAY SYMBOL - Also known as the Thaumaturgic Triangle. Ignorance is bliss amongst the homosexual
community. The symbol they adopted to represent their sexual orientation has long been used by Satan worshippers to conjure demons from the bowels of hell. The triangle is used as a door and the circle as a boundary of power. Some Satanists admit doing away with the circle in hopes of being possessed.

PENTACLE - A real popular symbol used by many that dabble in the occult. Many pagans such as those
who practice wicca and other forms of witchcraft wear the emblem as a pendant. Some even go as far as placing them in all the rooms of their homes, especially during pagan holy days such as: Christmas, Easter, Father's Day, Mother's Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Valentine's Day, and last but not least, Halloween.

PENTAGRAM - Another rendering of the popular symbol, only inverted. Today, the pentagram may be
even more common than the upright pentacle. Satanists, a more sinister breed of the underworld usually wear this symbol as a pendant or use this symbol in satanic rituals. It is found at many sites where sacrifices and other rituals have taken place. It is also found as art work on many Satanic heavy metal albums such as Slayer.

NOTE: The One True God will not permit a symbol or picture to depict himself, as this would break the second
commandment. All we need to do is have faith in Jesus, as He has command over all elements, both spiritual & physical.
