It could be competing to get the job one wants or to win the customers the company needs. Ones success or failure depends to a large degree on how effectively one communicates. In fact, top mangers spend as much as 85 percent of their time communicating with others. Objectives: To understand the significance of oral & non verbal communication in business organizations. To hone the listening and other soft skills. To conduct effective meetings & deliver effective presentations To understand cross culture values and communication in international perspective To enhance written communication skills for drafting clear, concise, audience centric business messages.
