In pursuance of the orders issued in references read above, the Commissioner/Director TECHNICAL EDUCATION is hereby issued a Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.4,00,00,000/-(Rupees Four Crores) Plan (i.e.Rs.300 lakhs towards CSS as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision by obtaining supplementary grant at appropriate time + Rs.100 lakhs towards MSS from the BE provision 2012-13) under the following Head of Account.
