3 DAC Validation
1) The below screen shows the login page of DAC.

Click on Configure.

Give the necessary credentials and click on Authentication file.

Select as Create authentication file from the list.

The above screen shows the connection was established successfully.

2) Creating New source system container in dac:

Click on File then select New Source System Container

Create a copy of the existing container and give the user defined name.

3) For importing Meta Data click on Tools and navigate to DAC Repository Management and
click on Import Repository Metadata.

4) Navigate to DAC Setup view and select DAC System Properties tab and configure the DAC Server

5) In DAC Setup view navigate to Informatica Servers tab and configure the Informatica Integration and Informatica Repository servers.

Configuring OLAP_USER and OLAP_DSN values in OBIApps default RPD. Open the Rpd, Click on Manage tab variables. Here list of Repository variables and session variables are displayed from Repository Static variables choose OLAP_USER.

OLAP USER: 'hedw' From Rpd Static variables select OLAP_DSN variable and set the value of OLAP_DSN.
