VALVULAS MULTIFUNCION TIPO MULTI-4 MULTIPURPOSE VALVES MULTI-4 TYPE 3/4 MNPT 25 BAR

CARACTERISTICAS CHARACTERISTICS - Las vlvulas Multifuncin tipo MULTI-4, estn diseadas segn EN 13175, para su acoplamiento a tanques de GLP, y concebidas para desarrollar de forma totalmente independiente, las siguientes funciones : 1 Vlvula de apertura y cierre de la alimentacin de gas a la instalacin, a travs de un regulador de presin directamente conectable. 2 Vlvula de emergencia, que limita automticamente el flujo de salida de gas, ante cualquier fuga por rotura o fallo en la red, gracias a una vlvula limitadora de caudal incorporada. 3 Sistema de verificacin del llenado del tanque durante la carga hasta el porcentaje mximo establecido del 85%, gracias a un tubo sonda conectado a una pequea vlvula manual que po derrame permite determinar el punto alto del nivel del lquido en el depsito. 4 Acoplamiento de un manmetro en perfectas condiciones de visibilidad - La incorporacin de una sistema limitador de caudal en la propia vlvula, permite eliminar una o dos conexiones, lo que significa una mayor seguridad al evitar potenciales puntos de fuga. - El limitador de caudal, est diseado de forma que cierre automticamente cuando la presin diferencial a travs de la vlvula sea 1,1 bar, y el orificio de equilibrado de presiones sobre el plato de cierre es de 1 mm de dimetro.

- The Multipurpose valves MULTI-4 type, are designed according to EN13175, to be fixed in a LPG tanks, and combinig the functions lower in one unit, without to interfere one function to other ones. 1 Shut-off valve for gas service, and regulator conection 2 Emergency valve that reduce automatically the flow of gas, if appear a leakage by breaking or fault on the line, thanks to a excess flow valve included. 3 Fixed liquid level gauge, that permit a quickly control of the maximum permitted filling level of the tanks. 4 Coupling of a pressure gauge in a good position for a perfect vision - To include a excess flow valve in the MULTI-4 valve, avoid one or two external connections, and save potential leakage points . - The excess flow valve are designed to close automatically when the differential pressure across the valve is 1,1 bar, (20 psi), and the size of the equalized hole on the seat disc is 1 mm of diameter, to avoid an excessive residual flow .
