the Four Disciplines of Execution, which emphasize the importance of prioritizing the top three most important goals that an organization should focus on to achieve its objectives. The PGS Boot Camp Basic Class also featured round table discussions regarding the Roadmap of the Philippine Army (PA) and the Multi -sectoral Governance Councils (MSGCs) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the City of San Fernando, La Union. The PN BoA is the PNs MSGC. This Boot Camp likewise facilitated the dialogue and exchange of ideas among the members of the Security Sector as it provided an avenue for the officers and representatives from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP), the PN, the PA, and the PNP to interact and discuss the developments, challenges, and best practices that each of them encounter in the crafting and execution of their respective organizational roadmaps. The PN delegates were likewise exposed to various perspectives in terms of strategy development and execution by interacting not only with the other members of the Armed Forces but also with the delegates from other participating institutions. Networks were strengthened with these agencies, and new links were created with the other organizations represented during the Boot Camp. The Boot Camp was indeed an enriching experience for the PN delegates as they reaffirmed their commitment to good governance through adherence to the PGS Pathway of ISA. (NPDLR)
