Ahmad Aiman 18, Jalan Lipur, Taman Harmoni 96000 Sibu, Sarawak

The Director, Sibu Municipal Council, Wisma Sanyan, 96000 Sibu, SARAWAK. 26 MARCH 2012 Dear Sir, A complaint on the garbage in Taman Harmoni I am writing this letter on behalf of the residents of Taman Harmoni to complain about the garbages that had not been collected for the past 3 weeks. 2. Initially, rubbish was collected three times a week. However, since early this month the garbage collectors have not came to collect the garbages. Our litter bins are always full and we have no choice but to leave our bags next to the bins and at back lanes. This causes our residents to have full of flies, cats, crows, goats and dogs. 3. With full of garbage, our residents had became filthy and smelly. This affects our mood and causes us to close all our doors and windows to prevent the smell from getting to our houses. This condition may also cause unhealthy diseases such as eye sore. 4. We suggest that the council should make sure that the garbage collectors follow the period of where and when to collect garbages in a certain area. Besides that, we request for more bins on public area to prevent from the garbage being thrown everywhere. I hope the council will look into our complaints and take prompt action to solve our problems. Thank you, Yours faithfully,
