A RESOLUTION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF CABATOAN, DULAG, LEYTE ADOPTING AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE ENACTMENT OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO.2 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY TWO THOUSAND EIGHTY PESOS AND SEVENTY THREE CENTAVOS TAKEN FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE AND IRA MONITAZATION. WHEREAS, The Supplemental Budget No.2 of Barangay Cabatoan, Dulag, Leyte was presented for consideration and approval of the honorable members present of the Sangguniang Barangay ; WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay agreed to use the amount of Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Five pesos and Eighteen Centavos (Php19,955.18)for Brgy. Council Productivity Enhancement Incentive ; 5% LDRRMF in the amount of Three Hundred Three Pesos and Sixty Five Centavos (Php303.65); 10% for SK Fund in the amount of Six Hundred Seven Pesos and Thirty Centavos (Php607.30); 20% Development Fund in the amount of One thousand Two Hundred Fourteen Pesos and Sixty Centavos (Php1,214.60). WHEREAS, on motion of Hon. Estelito A. Miano and duly seconded by all the members of the council present . RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Supplemental Budget No. 2 of Brgy. Cabatoan, Dulag, Leyte be presented for approval. JENETH R. CURITANA Barangay Secretary

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 01 S. 2011 An Ordinance Appropriating the amount of Twenty Two Thousand Pesos and Eighty Centavos taken from Unappropriated Balance and IRA Monetization. Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Barangay of Cabatoan , Dulag, Leyte. Section 1. The amount of Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Five and Eighteen Centavos (Php 19,955.18) for Brgy. Council Productivity Enhancement Incentive. 5% LDRRMF in the amount of Three Hundred Three and Sixty Five Centavos (Php303.65),10% SK Fund in the amount of Six Hundred Seven and Thirty Centavos (Php 607.30), 20% Development Fund in the amount of One thousand two Hundred Fourteen and Sixty Centavos (Php 1,214.60) Section 2. That this appropriation Ordinance shall take effect upon approval and review of the Sangguniang Bayan. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY, this 16th day of December, 2012 at Brgy. Cabatoan, Dulag, Leyte.
