FOR ALL FUTURE STUDENTS Students wishing to apply should send the following to the International Students Office. SECTION A 1. Application fees of 100 (non refundable) 2. Passport. 3. School Certificates: (Five (5) O Levels including Mathematics and Mother Language Sinhalese or Tamil and Three (3) A Levels) 4. Police Certificate. This must have been issued no more than 6 months. 5. Bank Certificate/Bank Statement. The bank certificate must clearly state that the students sponsor has sufficient funds to finance the students stays and studies in Cyprus. (Minimum 7000) The bank certificate should be issued on students or fathers or mothers name. Also an updated bank statement. No more than 1 month. 6. Medical certificates. (a) Blood analysis to clearly indicate that the student is not a carrier of HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C (b) Report for chest X-Rays. (Tuberculosis) This must have been issued no more than 4 months. Notes: 1. For Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri-Lanka, China, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, and Nepal you must send to the college photocopies of the above documents that must be ATTESTED FROM THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS FROM YOUR COUNTRY AND THE EMBASSY.CONSULATE OF CYPRUS. 2. For India, Russia, Servia, Ukraine, S. Africa, Belarus and Moldova you must send to the college all the above documents with APPOSTILE ATTESTATIONS. 3. For any other countries that the Republic of Cyprus does not have Embasy/Consulate all the above documents must come to Cyprus ORIGINAL with the appropriate attestations. The college will proceed the documents according to the countries applicant. VISA WILL BE ISSUED IN CYPRUS.

IF ANY DOCUMENTS ARE ISSUED IN OTHER LANGUAGES THAN ENGLISH THEN AN OFFICIAL TRANSLATION IN ENGLISH IS NEEDED. As soon as the International students office receives all the above documents we will issue an Acceptance Letter and we will apply at the Ministry of Education and Migration department for approval. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: (APPLIES ONLY FOR SRI-LANKA, CHINA, BANGLADESH, PAKISTAN AND INDIA) According to the new procedure approved by the Ministers Council in Cyprus from September 2011 students that: a) Have a high school leaving mark at least 50% and b) English language subject on high school certificate at least 50% or c) IELTS English language 5.0 or equivalent can apply for an entry visa WITHOUT INTERVIEW. They will only submit original documents at the embassy when informed from the college and they will take visa. SECTION B (EXCLUDING COUNTRIES FROM NOTE 3) The college will inform you the date when you have to submit the following documents to the Cyprus Embassy/Consulate together with (2) copies: (a) Original Passport (b) Original Police Certificate (c) Original Medical Certificates (d) Acceptance Letter from the college (fax or email) (e) Original Bank Certificate together with bank statement for one month (minimum 7000) (f) Original School Certificates

NOTE: NO DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN LAMINATED (ZELATINE) FORM.

SECTION C If visa is approved the student has to transfer to the bank account the tuition fees as per fee schedule. On the transfer you must clearly indicate the name of the student and his/her passport number.
