PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: PLASTISOL (LOW TEMPERATURE), is an ideal environmental heat set ink series for textile printing which containing no PVC plasticizers such as DINP, DNOP, DEHP, DIDP, BBP and DBP8. PLASTISOL, is a product meeting the world environmental requirement of Oeko-Tex Standard 100. CHARACTERISTIC: Very easy to print Do not dry in screen so mesh blockage is rarely occurred Very opaque on dark fabrics Excellent adherency to most textiles Will not dry at normal room temperature

APPLICATION: (1) FOR COLOR PRINTING - PLASTISOL can be printed over the surface of WHITE PASTE after being dry-out. (2) Offset color Yellow, Red and Blue are used mainly for offset printing but the Black color of PLASTISOL can be used as the fourth color to outstanding the shape of printing image. (3) PLASTISOL can be mixed with other printing paste. Related intermediates (a) REDUCER LD In case of a high viscosity occurred, 3 ~ 10% of REDUCER LD can be added in order to adjust the viscosity to an adaptive level. (b) SOFTENER LS Add up SOFTENER LS with a maximum dosage of 10% to obtain better handfeel. But please note that curing time will need to be prolonged after softener being added.

PRINTING PROCESS: (A) HAND PRINTING making up printing paste print for 1st time curing with dryer print for 2nd time curing with dryer placing in curing machine for 2 minutes at 125 ~ 135C (B) MACHINE PRINTING making up printing paste print for 1st time curing for 5 ~ 7 seconds at 200 ~ 300C print for 2nd time oven curing (same as the first time) curing machine for 2 minutes at 125 ~ 135C
