As perceived by the two groups of respondents, to what extent do the high school students manifest desirable study habits? 3. Is there a significant difference on the perceptions of the two group of respondents as to the study habits of the high school students? 4. Based on the findings of this study, what are the recommendations necessary to improve the study habits of the high school students? There is no significant difference between the perceptions of teachers and students on the extent of manifesting desirable study habits of high school students. Null Hypothesis

The method employed in this study was the descriptive method of research. Its respondents came from the high school department of Olivarez College. There were 100 students respondents and 10 teacher respondents. The statistical used were frequency, percentage, weighted mean and t-test. The following were the findings of the styudy. Summary of Findings1. Profile of the Respondents 1.1 Age Among the 100 students respondents ages below 14 years old are 27 or 27% or 33 or 33% are 15 to 17 years old, while 25 or 25% are 18 to 20 years old and only 15 or 15% are over 21 years old. Among the 10 teacher respondents ages below 30 years old are 4 or 40%, 31 to 30 years old are 4 or 40% and over 21 years old are 2 or 20%. 1.2 Gender Majority of the students respondents were male are 52 or 52% and the remaining 48 or 48% were female. Majority of the teacher respondents are female which are 6 or 60% and the remaining 4 or 40% are male. 1.3 Academic Year Most of the respondents are fourth year are 27 or 27%, 24 or 24% are third year, the second year go 23% while 26% are from last year. 2. Give them class activities that will catch their interest. But still, related on the topic of the lessons. Remind your students that if they didnt understood some of the

topics that you had discussed for a particular teaching-learning situation dont hesitate to ask you. Attend seminars or educational programs that will develop you on how to be an effective classroom manager.
