The provisional offer of appointment to the above listed all the 13 candidates is being issued. The candidates are being advised to report for pre-employment medical check-up on 24.08.2011 at HRD Department, IRCTC Ltd., 5th Floor, STC Building, Jawahar Vyapar Bhawan, 1 Tolstoy Marg, Janpath, New Delhi 110001. At the time of pre-employment medical check-up, the candidate should bring all their original testimonials in support of their age, qualifications, caste certificate (if applicable) and article-ship/ training certificates, experience certificates & 5 passport size photographs. The candidates are also advised to send acceptance of their offer of appointment on or before reporting for pre-employment medical checkup and also bring out if they have any difficulties in coming for pre-employment medical checkup/ joining on the stipulated time schedule failing which it will be presumed that the candidate is not interested to join the post & accordingly his/her offer of appointment should stand cancelled automatically and the other eligible candidate, if any, in the selection panel will be given offer of appointment. All the candidates must be prepared to join IRCTC immediately i.e. on or before 01.09.2011, after their being declared fit in the pre-employment medical check-up. The selected candidates will be on probation for two years and will be under service

bond obligation of Rs. 40,000/- for serving the Corporation for 3 years. They will have to sign a service agreement in Rs. 100/- non-judicial stamp paper at the time of joining for employment in IRCTC.
