INTRODUCTION

Arcadia Pvt. Ltd. is been in the technology sector for over more than 10 years. World is in the year 2030 and every person is equipped with full fledge technology but lack of land to get settled. Population is being reached nearly 15billion. No land to live, insufficiency of drinking water, Government restriction on the deforestation, in this regard the situation will be SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST. RICHEST Than what will the average people do????After land the only place left in their reach is ocean. They have also their own dreams to live, what they need is a ray of hope to survive. So to keep their dreams alive and taking in consideration the needs of this people in the age of survival the company recently decided to introduce its first product for the ocean life i.e. HOPECRAFT , a Houseboat.

Situation Analysis
Before developing any marketing strategies for the particular product it is important to conduct some form of analysis. This forms an essential part of any business or marketing plan and should be reviewed over time to ensure that it is kept current. A useful framework for performing a situation analysis is the 3 C Analysis. The 3C analysis (company, customers and competitors) is an environmental scan on five key areas especially applicable to marketing decisions.

Its been 10 years we are successfully serving our customers in the field of technology sector. We have been producing products which fill the colors in the life of the people. Now the era has come to the survival stage, people are thinking the means to survive in this world. Therefore thinking about those people who value their life and want to live their dreams in the planet earth, our company has built the product HOPECRAFT (a unique Houseboat).

About Product
HOPECRAFT is one of the biggest innovative product in this age made by the company. In market though there are many houseboat but this boat has the special and unique features which has not been invented yet in this century. The basic needs of the people are included in this boat and also more many technological features.

As this boat charms the people mind by the outlook we have given to this boat and also we are the most trusted brand in the present market because of our quality assurance products which we have produced since the last 10 years. As we already mentioned we designed the product which is suitable for every common man and in the reach of their pocket.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Arcadia Pvt. Ltd. has been in the market for long span and is well known for the quality and latest innovative technology the company provides. Fuel is in the verge of extinction so to tackle this situation our company after a good research came up with the modern technology of utilizing solar energy, wind energy and tidal energy as the major source in this product. Technology Our new product HopeCraft is equipped with the latest innovative technology, motors which run with the help of electricity and is powered by solar energy, Tidal energy and Wind energy. It has a medium sized windmill on the deck of the boat which generates electricity continuously as the boat moves on through wind and the solar energy absorber which is installed in the rooftop of the boat and it has a secondary motor installed below the boat which is powered by tidal energy, In the situation where all this energies are unavailable we kept the reserved batteries which will run the motors. Alternatives to survive in the ocean are the major thing which this boat provides. So in average our HopeCraft is powered by 4 types of energy. If any energy is unavailable there is always an alternate option.

Electrical The charging system has 4 X 150 watt solar panels mounted on the roof. There are 2 x PL 40 solar regulators. If power is low or when driving there is an option for a 24 volt quick charge alternator to be adapted to the flywheel of the starboard motor. Alternatively a generator of tidal power can be used. The vessel runs a 24 volt house system that has availability of nearly 1500 amps in battery storage. All wiring is installed according to Safety Standards. Appliances The appliances for the daily living purpose are regulated by the electricity and solar energy. Like solar cum electrical appliances, television, P.C for entertainment and also a comfortable room for the family. Water is the essential thing for every human to survive, people cannot drink he ocean water to solve this situation we have given the water purifier which separates the unessential molecules from the ocean water and makes it in the form of drinking water. Propulsion The houseboat is powered by 2 x 25hp Mercury 4-stroke outboards with power start and power trim. The starboard motor has alternator adapted to it for house battery charging.

Security Who can stop the demise??? So precaution is better than cure. So the boat is made with the strong solid plastic and iron which is much stronger. The glasses of the boat are made with the fiber so it can bear in each and every season. It also has the indicator in the boat which warns about the weather forecast, storms, earthquake and tsunamis. Those are the basic security equipment which is present in this boat. All over this boat is much like a home of the person who is struggling to live in the land.

The company goals are as follows: To create affordable products for the common man. To create the eco-friendly products without harming the forest. Designing product as per the customer needs and wants

HOPECRAFT is faced with the exciting opportunity of being the innovative mover in this field of market. The consistent growing population in proportion to land and people in search of new living place has been proven to be a winning need in the market and it will produce the good results. All two target markets for the HOPECRAFT service are growing at a relatively fast pace. We're faced with a large number of potential customers, and we're offering a needed product. Customers are very sensitive some to quality and some to price of the product. In result of both the factor we have designed this boat which has a perfect quality and in budget of the common man. Basic characteristics of purchase decision made by customers:
Price- price of this boat is in budget of every common man. Quality- this boat is being built with the best materials Brand- the company is being in this sector for 10 year and its a loyal brand of the people. Security- this boat is fully equipped with the required technological materials to survive from the natural hazards. Technology- latest technology is filled up in this boat Requirement- all people in this age want a place like a home so this boat is ready for this purpose.

Target Market & Size: Middle class families are growing at the maximum percent, so it is our main target for our product because by hook or crook the high income group will manage to survive but at last other people will suffer so taking the advantage of this situation we will get a very huge size of the market for this product. It is not specifically based that this product is only for the mid income family group, it is in the budget but as per the market size of this family we are giving priority to this income group. The secondary target is the high income group of families because if the mid-class peoples did not accept the product we can switch to the high class income group, we should keep alternatives always in action.

Market Trends The means of house has become a point of conversation in almost all income groups. People are talking about where they will go, live, get settled and kids are been awaiting the future with full of struggle to get settle. People though with lots of difficulties and hurdles want to live and want to enjoy their life. It is difficult to get a home in land to live. A comfortable place where they can live as a family is becoming a real need.

Competitors
In any market competitors are as enormous as ocean. So to keep the information on the competitors and checking about the products which are relevant. In this platform the SWOT analysis is conducted. The SWOT analysis provides us with an opportunity to examine the internal strengths and weaknesses HOPECRAFT must address. It also allows us to examine the opportunities presented to this product as well as potential threats. HOPECRAFT has a valuable inventory of strengths that will help it succeed. These strengths include: a familiar place, budget stuff, latest technology, eco-friendly and a clear vision of the market need. Strengths are valuable, but it is also important to realize the weaknesses must address. These weaknesses include: a dependence on quickly changing technology, and the immediate security purpose. HOPECRAFT strengths will help it capitalize on emerging opportunities. These opportunities include, but are not limited to, a growing population in proportion to land, and the restrictions of conservation of forest by government. Threats that this product should be aware of include, the rapidly falling cost of changing technology and emerging local competitors.

Keys to Success
The keys to the success for HopeCraft are: The creation of a unique, innovative, upscale product that will differentiate HopeCraft from other local boats and future Boats. The establishment of HopeCraft as an eco-friendly product. The creation of an environment that won't intimidate the novice user.

Critical issues
The risks involved for HopeCraft are: Will there be a continuing demand for the services offered by HopeCraft? Will there be the specific measures to control the land degradation and population? Will individuals be willing to pay for the product? Will the cost of this product will be out of reach?

Conclusion
The primary objective of this project is to analyze the situation of the market, customer, competitor and the product. We have referred the most known marketing phrase 3C analysis to tackle the situation as per the people. We have discussed about the market trends, growth and size and basic characteristics from the view point of consumers and any more concepts regarding the product. Hope our product will be successful.
