What does the Bible say about doing drugs?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Question: "What does the Bible say about doing drugs?"

Answer: The Bible does not directly address any form of illicit drug use.
There are no express prohibitions against cocaine, heroin, ecstasy
(MDMA), or methamphetamines (Meth). There is no mention of
marijuana, peyote, magic mushrooms, or acid (LSD). Nothing is said
about huffing, snorting, dropping, smoking, shooting, licking, or any
other method of ingestion. This is not to say, however, that
recreational drug use is permissible. On the contrary, there are several
very clear biblical principles that place drug use well outside the realm
of acceptable behavior.

To begin with, Christians are under a universal mandate to respect and

obey the laws of the land (Deuteronomy 17:2; Ecclesiastes 8:2-5;
Matthew 22:21; 23:2-3; Romans 13:1-7; Titus 3:1; 1 Peter 2:13-17; 2
Peter 2:9-11). The ONLY instance in which we are allowed to disobey
the laws of the land is when the laws violate any divine imperatives
(Daniel 3 and 6; Acts 5:29). There are no other exceptions to this rule.
Contrary to popular belief, simply disagreeing with a law does not
constitute a license for breaking that law.

Many have argued that marijuana does not warrant prohibition. They
contend that smoking pot in defiance of the law is justifiable on these
grounds and in light of (what they perceive to be) the hypocrisy of
outlawing weed while allowing nicotine and alcohol consumption.
Those who argue this point may be sincere in their conviction, but they
are mistaken nonetheless. Heartfelt disdain for the law does not justify
impunity towards it, as our Lord Himself made clear. While rebuking the
Pharisees for turning the Law of Moses into an excessively oppressive
yoke, Christ still required His disciples to submit to their unfairly harsh
demands (Matthew 23:1-36, especially 1-4). Dutiful submission to
authority and patient perseverance through unjust suffering and/or
perceived unfairness (1 Peter 2:18-23) is God’s high standard for us –
even if that means having to abstain from marijuana in compliance
with “unfair” legislation.

Not only are we to submit to authority for submission’s sake, born-

again Christians are further constrained by a mandate to live above
reproach for the sake of the Gospel (1 Corinthians 10:32; 2 Corinthians
4:2; 6:3; Titus 2:1-8; 2 Peter 3:14). Needless to say, criminality is highly
reproachable.

Obviously this first principle does not impact drug users living in
nations like the Netherlands where recreational drug use is legal and
permissible. There are, however, more universally applicable
principles. For example, Christians are all required to be good stewards
of what God has entrusted to us, regardless of our national identity
(Matthew 25:13-30). This includes our earthly bodies. Unfortunately,
illicit drug use is an extremely effective way to destroy your health, not
just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

As Dr. Alan Leshner, Director of the National Institute of Drug Abuse

(NIDA) explains, “The most immediate, extensive, and long-lasting
problems caused by drug abuse, both for individuals and for society,
are often medical in nature. For example, known drug abuse related
health problems and resulting lost productivity alone cost our society
more than $33 billion each year. Illicit drugs directly cause many
medical problems. Stimulants such as cocaine and methamphetamine
increase the heart rate while constricting the blood vessels. In
susceptible individuals, these two actions together set the stage for
cardiac arrhythmias and strokes. The club drug
methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA, also called "ecstasy"),
which many users mistakenly believe to be safe, has caused malignant
hyperthermia, permanent kidney damage, and death. MDMA also
damages serotonin nerve fibers in the brain. Heroin can cause a life-
threatening kidney condition called focal glomerulosclerosis. The list
continues: NIDA research has shown that almost every drug of abuse
harms some tissue or organ.” (Addressing the Medical Consequences
of Drug Abuse, NIDA Notes, Vol. 15, No. 1, March 2000; available to be
read online at
http://www.nida.nih.gov/NIDA_notes/NNVol15N1/DirRepVol15N1.html)

Marijuana, while being the least harmful of all of the illicit drugs, is still
potentially lethal. Marijuana enthusiasts (“potheads”) take comfort in
the fact that, unlike most other illicit drugs, it is seemingly impossible
to fatally overdose on weed by means of normal consumption (i.e.
smoking it). But this does nothing to diminish the potentially fatal risks
of lung cancer, emphysema, and other forms of chronic obstructive
pulmonary disease (COPD) caused by marijuana smoke. While
marijuana can be ingested without smoking it, thereby eliminating
these risks, there still remain negative physiological and psychological
consequences including damage to the reproductive system, the
immune system, and cognitive ability.

Beyond stewardship, as Christians our bodies are not our own. We

“have been bought with a price” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), not “with
perishable things like silver or gold . . . but with precious blood, as of a
lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ” (1 Peter 1:17-19).
Having bought us with His own life, Christ has delighted to create in us
something entirely new, something somewhat bizarre. By indwelling us
with His Spirit He has turned us into organic temples of sorts. So now,
caring for our health is not just a matter of good stewardship. It is a
matter of reverential piety. To pollute or harm our bodies is to
desecrate the House of God (1 Corinthians 3:16-17). This is both
wondrous and terrifying.

Another biblical principle concerns our susceptibility to deception. As

fallible creatures we are prone to delusion. And being as we are the
objects of God’s intense affection, His enemies are our enemies. This
includes THE enemy, the Devil, the father of lies (John 8:44), a most
formidable and determined adversary. All of the apostolic exhortations
to remain sober-minded and alert (1 Corinthians 15:34; 1
Thessalonians 5:4-8; 2 Timothy 4:5; 1 Peter 1:13; 4:7; 5:8), are
designed to remind us that we must be vigilant against the wiles of the
Devil (1 Peter 5:8) who seeks to ensnare us through deception.
Sobriety is also important for prayer (1 Peter 4:7), as is obedience to
God (Isaiah 1:10-17).

As for drug addiction, not all illicit drugs are physically addictive.
Nevertheless, they are all psychologically addictive. While most people
are familiar with physical addiction – the progressive condition whereby
the human body becomes physically dependent upon a drug in order
to function properly – psychological addiction is less well-known.
Psychological addiction is an enslavement of the mind, often
characterized by obsessive tendencies and a lack of desire to quit.
While physical addiction brings the body into subjection, psychological
addiction brings the will into submission. Users tend to say things like,
“I could quit if I wanted to but I just don’t want to.” This attitude tends
to ensure a long-term pattern of drug use whereby users become
devotees in defiance of a very poignant Biblical principle. The fact is,
no one can wholeheartedly serve two masters (Matthew 6:24; Luke
16:13). Any time spent kneeling before the god of drugs is time spent
with your back towards the God of the Bible.

In summary, the Bible teaches us that, “denying ungodliness and

worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in this
present world” (Titus 2:12).

Masturbation: A Sin for Christians?
Masturbation: A Sin for Christians?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

An answer to the oft-asked question of if masturbation is a sin for

believers in Christ Jesus, and what the scriptures teach concerning it.

1Cor 4:6 (Wey) .. in order to teach you by our example what those
words mean, which say, "Nothing beyond what is written!"...
The Scripture is strangely silent about this universal issue, while not
shy about all sorts of other sexual situations and perversions... in great
detail concerning sex with animals, etc. Yet the bible says nothing
about masturbation. This is odd, don't you think?

Some, mistakenly, cite Onan in Gen 38:9 as suggesting that

masturbation is a sin. In fact, "onanism" has become a synonym for
masturbation. But this is obviously an error, and a rather daft one at
that. We know what Onan did, for it is spelled out for us in lurid detail;
and we know why it was a sin: he was maliciously using and cheating
Tamar in way that was wrong. In any case, what Onan was doing was
certainly not masturbating, and you have to be pretty dimwitted to
miss this.

In fact, there is no place in scripture where masturbation is even

mentioned, much less forbidden. This is a very odd situation since it is
so common a human experience, and given that scripture speaks of
other sexual sins (some fairly perverse and rare) without any shyness
at all.

Since scripture does not forbid masturbation directly, neither should

Christians in general. "Nothing beyond what is written" in terms of how
we should help lead others to the Lord is the rule. But since you asked,
or clicked, as the case may be, we will give you the best answer we
can using what we do know from scripture as our guide. We should
stick to emphasizing the things God has told us are important, and not
be teaching things that the Lord has never expressed His opinion on.

To be sure, it is clear from Scripture that illicit sexual fantasies are

forbidden, and this is a significant issue with masturbation.

Matt 5:28-29 (NIV) [Jesus:] "But I tell you that anyone who looks at a
woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If
your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is
better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body
to be thrown into hell."
But what if no illicit fantasies are included in masturbation? Is the act
then sinful? By scripture, there is nothing to indicate that it is.
Specifically, if the act is done merely as a hedge against temptation
and as the body requires then there is no need for the above sinful
"crutches". This is hardly exciting, and a rote act of keeping the body in
submission. It cannot be done often, as the body is not that demanding
if left alone by a perverted imagination. On the other hand, if we
attempt a pent-up self-sex life, then we find that the body needs help
from the soul through illicit fantasies, and then sin is clearly being
committed.

I hope this is clear. Were it not for our perverted imaginations and
lustful sense of expectation, our bodies would not cause us much
trouble. It is our minds and hearts that need "treatment". It is like rev-
ing an engine near red-line at every traffic signal, and all the time it is
running, and then complaining about the eventual engine failure. Sure
the thing can rev, but not all the time. It was not made for that.

From Scripture, the line not to be crossed is the line of illicit

imagination. And what a line! Minus the sinful fantasies, which are the
fuel for most masturbation, all the fun and zest would be taken out of
it. Thus, it would no longer be a topic of interest to you or anybody,
any more than the act of going to the bathroom. It would be just "doing
what was needed" to keep the body from exploding from within.

Sex was not created for this, you can be sure. That God allows
masturbation to even work is a mystery (ever try tickling yourself?)
and so it is reasonable to assume that it is a "gift" to keep ourselves
from temptation.
Eph 5:3 (NIV) But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual
immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are
improper for God's holy people.
Much like a person who is an Alcoholic must avoid any kind of drinking
like the plague, where others can drink with moderation and without
sin, the same principle applies here. So people might come to different
conclusions concerning masturbation, and that is anticipated within our
faith. Each man must live in holiness before the Lord in his/her own
body, and this might mean different disciplines and personal leading in
each case. What works for me or you... we should not impose on
anybody else as a stumbling block.

Rom 14:12-13 (NIV) So then, each of us will give an account of himself

to God. Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another.
Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling-block or obstacle
in your brother's way.
The important thing is that we live holy before Him, and this is a
matter that we should take very seriously. I assume this is why you are
interested in this question, because you want to please God by
avoiding any kind of sin. And when it comes to sexual sin in the
thought-life, in our culture this is an easy temptation to fall into. So
care and caution are appropriate as we consider these things and
make choices before the Lord.

1Th 4:2-8 (NIV) For you know what instructions we gave you by the
authority of the Lord Jesus. It is God's will that you should be sanctified:
that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn
to control his own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in
passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God... For God did
not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life. Therefore, he who
rejects this instruction does not reject man but God, who gives you his
Holy Spirit.
Can you, in all honesty, masturbate without sinning against the clear
commands of Christ? If yes, then we are never told that the act itself is
impure or forbidden. But let us be honest and admit that it is not so
easy to do if we are committed to avoid mental sexual sin.

In our society, where lust is in the air, how is it is possible to "learn to

control our bodies in a way that is holy and honorable"? Well, the
answer is that we can die. Really, spiritually. This is The Gospel as we
have received it.

John 8:32 (NIV) "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you
free."
Here is the specific Scripture that set me free, when it finally dawned
on me what it meant:

1 Peter 4:1-2 (NIV) Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm
yourselves also with the same attitude, because he who has suffered in
his body is done with sin. As a result, he does not live the rest of his
earthly life for evil human desires, but rather for the will of God.
Think about the radical nature of the spiritual dynamic of what is being
explained here. If you are really the recipient of the HOLY Spirit, then
this means PAIN in a physical body that lives in this carnal world. If you
get this right in your attitude, God says you will be "done with sin".
Awesome, eh?

The problem is that we want relief, and sin is the way. But if we agree
in advance that the way of the faith must inevitably involve suffering,
then we are truly living the gospel and have transferred out of the
power of evil and into God's will.

And masturbation, never forbidden by God, can be used as one of the

ways that we can "learn to control our bodies"; not by inflaming the
body with pornography or fantasies so that it can be done too often,
but in using it to keep ourselves from dangerous, physical temptation
when it can (rarely) be done without sinning in any way.

Commit yourself to a certain amount of pain, and commit yourself not

to sin in thought, and I think you will find that masturbation cannot be
done that often, but when it is needed it is a true blessing as a way to
keep your body under control. We should not indulge our bodies, but
we should "honor" them and learn to live in them properly in this sinful
world. For singles, God has given the ability to masturbate, and has not
forbidden it. For married couples who are apart and who are thinking of
each other, the same applies. But God has most definitely forbidden
sinful thoughts that so often accompany masturbation, and for this we
all need to die to self and commit ourselves to the fact that living holy
in this world will involve pain.

Along these lines, see the Bible Studies on Death to Self, The Cross,
and Conviction. Also, you might want to read through the Bible Study
on Temptation as well.

I pray that through what we do know, and with the help of the Holy
Spirit, that you will be able to conduct yourself in purity and wisdom
concerning this matter.
Ro 6:13 (NIV) Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments
of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God, as those who have
been brought from death to life; and offer the parts of your body to him
as instruments of righteousness.

Luke 14:28 (NIV) "Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Will he
not first sit down and estimate the cost to see if he has enough money
to complete it? For if he lays the foundation and is not able to finish it,
everyone who sees it will ridicule him, saying, 'This fellow began to
build and was not able to finish.'"

1 Peter 4:1-2 (Wey) Since, then, Christ suffered in the flesh, you also
must arm yourselves with a determination to do the same--because he
who has suffered in the flesh has done with sin--that in the future you
may spend the rest of your earthly lives, governed not by human
passions, but by the will of God.

Evolution is Stupid!
"Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools." -Romans 1:22
The fact that the "theory" of evolution is missing a critical link (the
"missing link") should speak volumes as to the credibility of such a wild
theory. The "missing link" is the Neanderthal man (the ape man). There
is simply NO evidence of such theories. The few skeletal remains which
have been dug up and claimed to be prehistoric could easily be the
fossil remains of modern men. Bone structure also varies from one
ethnic background to another. It is very possible to dig up a skeleton
with more rounded bones (which is more common in African anatomy).
This is NO evidence of evolution, but of variances in human anatomy.
East Asian people (such as China) have very unique facial features
which are more pronounced. Evolutionists have not discovered a
Neanderthal man! You can believe anything if you repeat it to yourself
long enough. Many people want to believe evolution because it relives
them of the horrifying possibility that there might actually be a holy
God watching how we live. Whether you believe there is a God or not,
the thought of both possibilities is very freighting. I believe in God.

Even today, this world is filled with simple one-cell structured living
organisms. Why didn't they evolve? Furthermore, if evolution were
true, then you would think that different groups of animals could
naturally breed. A horse and a giraffe cannot breed offspring. A cat and
a dog cannot breed offspring. Only through modern genetic DNA
tampering can scientists play God and create monsters. Do a web
search under "spider goats" if you want to be freaked out. Then read
up on "Frankenfoods." Agricultural scientists have created potatoes
that produce their own internal pesticides from silk moth DNA
genetically placed into the potatoes. The moths die when they eat the
potatoes...yummy. Do you know what you're eating? The same is true
of genetically altered corn.

There is a God! How do I know? Simply because He lives in my heart.

At age 12, I was receptive to the Holy Spirit's conviction in my heart
that I needed to get saved. I willingly accepted Christ as my personal
Saviour. I hadn't had my faith shaken yet by some godless teacher or
professor. I thank God that I trusted Jesus. I had faith in God as a
teenager back then and I still have faith in God as an adult today. I
thank God I was saved at an early age before the pride of life blinded
me. You see, as adults we tend to become proud and stubborn, Satan
blinds our minds with worldly thinking (2nd Corinthians 4:4). It is
people's sinful pride and love for sin that hinders them from being
saved (John 3:20). More people will probably burn in hell because of
stubborn pride than anything else.

I am older and wiser today. I think for myself. I refuse to vote Democrat
or Republican...it's all an evil bipartisan conspiracy which is destroying
America. There's not a dime's difference between the parties anyway.
I'll vote for the Constitutional party. At least I can look at myself in the
mirror. People say, but you'll waste your vote. Yeah, if I vote Republican
or Democrat I will. I think for myself. I think this drug-dealing
government needs to be cleaned up. I think the Federal Reserve needs
to be abolished. I think property taxes are wrong and unconstitutional. I
think America should control it's own national parks and not the United
Nations. I think we should fight for our First Amendment rights which
we're quickly losing. I think for myself. I just don't see any credibility to
the THEORY of evolution. Give me some proof and I'll believe it.

On the contrary, thousands upon thousands of scrolls of the Bible have

been discovered throughout the holy land. They all agree with each
other. The Bible and history accurately coincide. How could one book
written by 40 men over a 1,500 year time period be so accurate. Most
of those men didn't know each other. The Bible is a perfectly
interlocking prophetic puzzle, a masterpiece of literature. Further, the
Bible is the ONLY book on the face of this earth which addresses the
sinfulness of mankind and our need for a Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.
It's been said that man wouldn't write the Bible if he could, and
couldn't if he would. There is no book which even compares. The
Qur'an contains NO prophecy. The Qur'an is obviously biased against
Christians and Jews. The Word of God is not biased against anyone.
Evolution makes no sense at all. I just don't see how any intelligent
person could believe such nonsense. I mean, have you ever seen an
ape that could be taught to do algebra? No! Other than the most basic
skills (which a dog can also be taught), an ape does not have the
capacity to learn anywhere near the human level. Apes are dumb! You
can say a dog is smart (and it might be), but it can't logic like a human
being can.

Furthermore, if we evolved from a lower species, then why is it that the

apes didn't evolve in the evolutionary process? Come on folks, you
don't need a PHD (post hole digger) to figure this out. Where are all
those half man/half ape fossils which should be abundant in the earth's
soil layers? They don't exist. This is what is known as the "missing link"
by evolutionists. Notice that I didn't call them "scientists" because
there is NOTHING scientific about evolution. Science by it's very
definition means "the study of." To "study" something, it must be
observable. Not only is evolution not observable, it is not testable or
repeatable in a lab. Do you realize that evolutionists CANNOT display
even ONE single proof of evolution...NOT ONE! Dinosaur fossils don't
prove anything except that they existed. Whether dinosaurs existed in
Biblical times or during a pre-Adamic period is debatable amongst
theologians. Many preachers believe that Lucifer operated a kingdom
upon the earth prior to Genesis 1:2. The Bible does support this theory
with credible evidence. This is commonly known as the "gap theory."
Regardless, the fact that dinosaurs once inhabited this earth adds no
credibility to the THEORY of evolution.

Evolution is for stupid people, stupid because they refuse to

acknowledge the Word of God in their life. There is NO WAY you can
believe the Bible and evolution. But you say, "what about 'theistic
evolution' where God created everything and then allowed it to evolve?
I'm glad you asked. There is no such teaching found in the Bible.
Genesis chapter one is very clear that God created this earth as we
know it today in 6 days. "IF" there was a pre-Adamic creation, it was
destroyed according to Genesis 1:2. I won't be dogmatic as to whether
or not there was a pre-Adamic time period, but the Bible is certainly
dogmatic that all life on this earth today was created within the six
days of creation. The Bible is very accurate in it's chronology. The Bible
dates itself from creation up until the end of the Old Testament. The
Bible dates creation at approximately 4,000 B.C. This means that all
life on earth today was created about 6,000 years ago! There was no
evolutionary process! There is nothing to prove the THEORY of
evolution (and that's all evolution really is...a bogus theory).

Evolution is in direct opposition to the Bible. To claim to believe in God

and evolution is tragic. How can you profess faith in God, but not His
divine Word? If you claim to believe in God but not the Bible, then I
seriously question the identity of your god. The New Age movement
has their own god, but it is not the Lord Jesus Christ. The Islamic
Muslims claim to believe in Allah (god), but it is not the Lord Jesus
Christ. You see my friend, you have to have faith in the true and living
God. Having faith in God is only good if it's faith in the Lord Jesus Christ
to forgive your sins. James 2:19 tells us that the devils believe in God.
Big deal, many unsaved people believe in God! Have you ever realized
that you were a sinner, bound for an eternal hell without Christ? Did
you call upon the name of Jesus to forgive those sins and save your
soul from hell? If not, please do so now and don't wait another minute.
Don't risk spending an eternity in the lake of fire. You've got nothing to
lose, salvation is a free gift from God...paid for by the precious blood of
Jesus.

Is it Nothing to You?
Starving East Timorese children in Laga, East Timor. The famine in East
Timor, while largely unnoticed by the world, has been described as "as
bad as Biafra" by the International Red Cross. Starvation became
widespread in 1979 as communities, subjected to bombardment in the
mountains, were unable to grow food supplies. These photos were
published on the front page of "The Sydney Morning Herald" at the
time, subsequently causing a storm of criticism from Indonesia. As of
2001, 12.4% of the children in East Timor die before reaching the age
of five.

While Americans continue to throw away millions of dollars worth of

food every day, 18,000 children starve to death each day. As of 2005,
there were 8,900,000 MILLIONAIRES living in the United States! As of
2007, there were 946 BILLIONAIRES in the world! Yet, the poor starve
because heavy tax burdens are laid upon them, and they are afflicted
by tyrant government overlords. The United Nations is a big facade,
whose true agenda is global population reduction. The reason why
children starve to death is because of GREED... for the love of money is
the ROOT of all evil (1st Timothy 6:10).

"He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that
honoureth him hath mercy on the poor." ―Proverb 14:31

Is it nothing to you friend that children are dying of starvation all

around the world? While the USA was busy bombing Afghanistan, The
White House was simultaneously assuring the American people that we
were helping the Afghan people with humanitarian aid (dropping food
and supplies from the air). Unfortunately, as soon as the Taliban was
removed from power, the Afghan people were abandoned and left at
the mercy of tyrants and rapists. The Northern Alliance has a history as
bad as the Taliban. There is not enough food. Many are starving and
children there suffer from diseases which are easily curable. One out of
four children die before reaching age five. Yet $2,300,000,000 worth of
opium (heroine) was produced in Afghanistan in 2003. So while Afghan
children are dying, billions of dollars in opium are being produced each
year for a bunch of filthy rich monsters. Is it nothing to you? Also, Read

Homosexuality is a Sin!

You cannot call yourself a Christian and be a supporter of Same Sex

Marriages. It is against the word of God to support any homosexual
agenda. The bible says it is sin period.

Leviticus 18:22
22 "`Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is
detestable."
Leviticus 20:13. "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a
woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall
surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them."

1 Corinthians 6:9-10
9 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God?
Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor
adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders
10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor
swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

Romans 1:25-27
25 They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and
served created things rather than the Creator-- who is forever praised.
Amen.
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their
women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones.
27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with
women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed
indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due
penalty for their perversion.
Genesis 19:1-29 says God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of
homosexuality. It stinks in the nostrils of God. Genesis 13:13 identify
the men of Sodom as exceedingly wicked sinners. Genesis 18:20 says
that the sin of Sodom is "very grievous." Genesis 18:23 adds emphasis
to the portrayal of the inhabitants of Sodom as "wicked." Genesis
18:24-33 shows that God could not find even 10 righteous souls in
Sodom. The perverts who inhabited Sodom, even wanted to rape God's
Angels who had come to Sodom to rescue Lot.

It is clear. The same sex marriage agenda is against God, and is SIN,
and that my friend is the bottom-line because the Word of Our Most
Holy God says so.

What really happened on 911? The solid evidence against our own
government is very disturbing. Wake up America because we are losing
our country and our freedoms! Freedom isn't free!

Was your distant grand-daddy a gorilla?

Was your distant grand-daddy a gorilla? Sadly, some people would like
for you to be believe so. There is not one shred of proof of evolution,
only unproven theories and speculation.

Here I am! I stand at the door and knock.

If anyone hears my voice and opens the door,
I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. (Revelation 3:20)

Open the door of your heart to Jesus today by following the steps
below.

Steps to begin a relationship with Jesus Christ right now!

1) KNOW God loves you not for what you do, but for who you are. He
has a wonderful purpose for your life. He seeks to love and lead you
now and for eternity.

2) ADMIT to God that you make mistakes, that you sin, and you need
God in control of your life, otherwise your life leads to death, both
spiritual and physical.

3) UNDERSTAND Jesus Christ, the son of God, is the only means to

bring you into a full relationship with God. His death on the cross was
the necessary payment to cover the cost of your sins and He did it for
you.

4) DECLARE Pray to God right now and sincerely seek forgiveness for
your sins. Tell God you're sorry and ask Jesus Christ to be the savior of
your past and the Lord of your present and future.

Sample prayer: Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank you for dying on the cross
for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior
and Lord. Thank you for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life.
Take control of the throne of my life. Make me into the kind of person
you want me to be.

5) CELEBRATE as you stand as a new person in the eyes of God. The

old sin and shame are gone and you are ready to discover your
purpose in this life. Begin to walk with God daily by reading the bible
and fellowshipping with other believers. Let the spirit of God work in
and through you as you begin this new life.
