TRANSVAGINAL/TRANSABDOMINAL ULTRASOUND Date of Examination: February 4, 2013 The uterus is anteverted with irregular contour and heterogenous echopattern measuring 9.1x8x8.5cm (the cervix is homogenous measuring 2.4x2.3x2.5cm). The endometrium is hyperechoic measuring 0.6cm with intact subendometrial halo. There are at least 5 welcircumscribed heterogenous masses seen: M1-measures 1.2x1.3x1.01cm,anterior midcorpus, intramural with subserous component, M4 measures 3.5x2.5x2.3cm, right lateral, intramural with subserous component; M5 measures 2.6x2.9x2.3 cm, right lateral, intramural with subserous component. Both ovaries are not visualized. At the left adrenal area is a unlocular anechoic cystic structure measuring 9.7cmx10.1x7.4cm with papillary excrescenes at the inferior pole.
