A single repository is utilized for all sales, Quota, commission and management reporting. FACT: Deals with Credit and Debit request Approval where as SMACT in responsible for commission Calculations. GEMINI: simple transaction request creation system. WEBASSET: Deals with Asset transfer and other operations related to Asset and VPS deals with Invoice Printing and its routing to proper printers. Description: CS&L (Customer Service & Logistics) is a legacy system developed in 1997 follows O2C process. System has been intensively used by Pfizer Japan (WPO, PGM, PAH, Finance) allowing around 2500 transactions per day. CS&L application is all about Receive, Allocate, Process the orders and shipment of orders from Warehouse to Customers (Wholesaler). Pfizer acquired Wyeth in 2009 and as part of integration project various new interfaces have been developed to enhance the CS&L application system.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Involved in understanding about existing system. Involved in Designing & Coding for new Modules. Creating or modifying procedures /triggers/functions according to the new requirement. Proper Tracking and updating of Issues Log for different RFC (Request for change). Coordinating with near shore team /Testing team /Client regarding different issues. Preparation of resource planner for the RFCs. Involved in Unit testing. Involved in L3 Support to client.
