I/We understand and agree that Bank may offer this Beat Service directly or through any other partner agency. I/We agree that the Bank will arrange for a confirmation call as per selected timing above, directly or through its partner agency, to the authorised person designated by us for Beat Services. While the range of cash to be picked-up by the Bank will be as mentioned above, I/we understand that the actual amount of pick-up for a day will be as per the amount confirmed through a call made by the bank or its partner agency to us. I/We also understand that the maximum variation allowed for the cash pick-up will be +/- 10% of the amount confirmed on the call, subject to the range chosen by us. I/We understand that credit of cash picked up will be credited the same day only for cash pick up timings before 2 pm. For Cash pick up post 2 pm, credit will be given the next working day. Cheques will be sent for clearing the next working day. I/We agree that I/we shall maintain an Average Quarterly Balance(AQB) of the amount as the Bank has prescribed in my/our account including an enhanced AQB required to be maintained by me/us for availing this Beat Service (Applicable AQB). I/We understand that such Applicable AQB may be reviewed by the Bank on a quarterly basis. I/We agree that I/we shall re-imburse the Non-Maintenance Charges as prescribed by the Bank in case non Maintenance of such Applicable AQB in my/our account. I/We understand and agree that the Beat services offered by the Bank are subject to review by the Bank and can be discontinued at the sole discretion of the Bank with a 15 day notice. I/We understand & agree if there is a discrepancy (eg: soiled/mutilated notes etc) in case of cash pick-ups the acceptance of such deposits shall be subject to final acceptance and reimbursement as per RBI rules. By availing of the Beat services, I/We will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the above terms & conditions. While the Bank shall use reasonable precautions, I/We understand that these services are provided on a No Warranty or Risk basis. I/We, therefore, agree that the Bank shall have no liability to us or any other parties for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential costs, damages or otherwise with respect to the Bank offering these services and the Bank shall not be liable or responsible on account of any misuse of the services. I/we further agree to keep the Bank indemnified in this regard. These terms and conditions are in addition to and without prejudice to the Terms and Conditions (Terms) governing the Account and the Services which shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference and apply as the context may require.
