Whats Included in the Exhibit Space Rate?


An exhibit space without furniture (the Exhibit Space).

Initial and daily cleaning of the Exhibit Space. Such cleaning shall be limited to vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of tables and emptying of wastebaskets. A draped display exhibit (pipe and drape) that will consist of: back wall 8 feet high, side walls 8 feet high for 4 feet out from back wall, and side rails 3 feet high. Electrical outlet/s which will provided as follows: 100 to 200 sq.ft. 1 outlet, 201 to 400 sq.ft. 2 outlets, 401 or more sq.ft. 3 outlets. All electrical outlets are 800 watt, 120 volt duplex outlets. Five complimentary badges for Exhibitors personnel for each 10 x 10 exhibit space reserved. Complimentary registration for Exhibitors personnel to all educational sessions except for events by invitation or ticket only. Ten complimentary Exhibit Floor guest passes for each Exhibitor. Exhibitor personnel are not eligible to use these passes.

A pre and post-event list of registered attendees in an electronic format. The list will only provide the mailing address of those HealthAchieve delegates who agreed to the release of such information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. Free listing in HealthAchieve Program by company name. Free listing on HealthAchieves web site and a link to the Exhibitors website. Special advertising rate to use www.longwoods.com, Canadas primary Best Practices Healthcare Website, to promote your company and products during the show. 70,000 unique readers every month.

Lead Retrieval System


Lead retrieval units which will enable the gathering and storage of detailed information on each attendee visiting your exhibit space will be made available through the HealthAchieve registration company. For more information please contact HealthAchieve Show Management.

Passport Program
While at the event, participation in the HealthAchieve Passport Program can help ensure traffic to your exhibit space. Just donate a prize worth $300 or more and delegates will be sure to visit your exhibit space to learn about what products/services you are showcasing in return for a chance to win. Also, if you choose to hold your own draw/raffle at the show, we will help you announce the winners.

Matchmaking
