1.0. INTRODUCTION OF ECOBANK-THE PAN AFRICAN BANK.

Ecobank is an lnternational Business lnstitution based in African Countries and beyond the border of Africa. The official name is Ecobank Transnational Incorporation (ETI) is operating more than 30 Countries in Africa. This is the best leading regional independent banking group in West Africa and Central Africa by serving wholesales and retail customers.Ecobank Transnational lcorporation was established as the Bank holding company since 1985 under the private sector initiative spearheaded by the federation of West African chambers of Commerce and Industry with the support of ECOWAS.While also in the early of 1980s the banking industry in West Africa was dominated by foreign and State-owned banks. There were hardly any commercial banks in West Africa owned and managed by the African private sector. ETI was founded with the objective of filling this vacuum. They believed success depends for the most part on its ability to maintain a diverse resourceful and dynamic workforce to serve their customers and the Headquarter is in Lome,Togo. Today Ecobank has been successfully and being rewarded in different times. Always is operating as One Bank with the common brand and common standards, policies and processes. This means customers get reliable services everywhere across network branches and offices. This is because of Ecobank Group offer full services and managed to employ over 11,000 staffs in over 1,500 branches and offices in more than thirty (30) countries in West,Central,East and Southern Africa, These Countries includes;-Tanzania, dlvoire, Gabon, Benin, Gambia, Burkina Ghana, Faso, Nigeria, Burundi, Guinea, Cape Guinea Verde,Cameroon,Central African Republic,Chad,Congo Brazzaville, Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC),Cote

ECOBANK TANZANIA The Ecobank-The Pan African Bank was successfully with our government by welcoming this Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to invest which was opened operated in Tanzania officially in 2010 within Dar es Salaam at Sokoine Building (Postal Area) as the Head office, very near to the Indian Ocean, while also within this year of 2010 new offices were opened includes; Angola, Dubai, Zimbabwe, and London. This brought a great change into our country whereby Tanzanian People given opportunity of getting employment into this institution. We are extremely proud to bring to Tanzania our world class Pan-African bank. We are determined to make sure all of the people in Tanzania, can benefit from our financial services that are available in one convenient placeEcobankThis was addressed with one staff of the Ecobank Group Company. Meaning that their is hope to the Tanzanian People to succeed through this Bank, While also themselves to make a lot of money within here Tanzania. Through this issue, the Ecobank Tanzania has been successfully whereby managed to open five (5) Branches within Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, these branches includes; Mwenge Branch, Quality Central Branch, Uhuru Branch, Msimbazi Branch, and Sokoine Branch as the Main Branch and Head Office. Through their achievements and success, motivated Tanzanian people to get employment within this lnternational Organization as well as called Ecobank as the way of redacting poverty within the societies of Tanzania. Today Ecobank is growing faster than other Bank, and offering good services to their customers and improving good standard of living to their staffs by giving them loans. Ecobank Tanzania is expecting to open other branches in Arusha and Mwanza soon as possible, while also moving forwards to expand more branches in Dodoma, Mtwara, Mbeya and moving beyond of these regions and expecting to be the best Bank in Tanzania by providing good services.

Therefore this is another way of Ecobank,The Pan African Bank of redacting poverty as the way of resolving conflict within the societies because of the services they provides

MEMBER OF THE BOARD ECOBANK TANZANIA LIMITED. Member of the Board of Ecobank Tanzania Limited are very special and powerful within the Management. They are trusted by the Ecobank Group Company Limited. The major issue of the meetings is to determine the development of the Bank from the past, present and future while also to implement new policies.lt is a very hot meeting because all the Head of Departments are called one by one and being questioned for development and if there is any weaknesses and conflict within. Through this gives hard time for Company Secretary to resolve if there is any kind of conflict within and to make reconciliations both parties. The Board members comprises of Six Directors or more. Gender equality is very considered. The Company Secretary of Ecobank Tanzania is very responsible to organize Board Meetings in every after three or four months while also assuring human rights is respected within the Bank. Also the Company Secretary is also responsible of choosing/supporting New Board Members to replace the gape for those who wish to retire and later must be approved by the Board Committee of Ecobank Tanzania. MANAGING DIRECTOR OF ECOBANK TANZANIA LIMITED. The Managing Director of Ecobank Tanzania (ETZ) Mr. Enoch Kyeremeh Osei-Safo is a Ghanaian, His is responsible to organize all departments to work together as a teamwork and to make sure that Ecobank Tanzania Limited is improving and expanding to get more branches into our country and also to be the best bank in Tanzania. We are expecting a lot of achievements and success for Ecobank Tanzania Limited to improve and to bring a lot of development within our societies like the way is doing in West Africa and Central Africa. He is a responsible man and

very hard working; We believe through God, Ecobank Tanzania Limited will be the best bank in Tanzania, because of the services they offer is real motivating the communities.

4.0. VISION AND MISSION OF ECOBANK,THE PAN AFRICAN BANK. The Ecobank has been playing a big role in African Countries, giving aids to the different countries, as the way of resolving conflict and building Peace within the societies together with reconciliation, and focusing in education, womens, children, health, scientific research, and social cultural activities as the same way of The mission and vision of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) is to build a World Class Pan-African Bank and to contribute to the economic and financial integration and development of the African Continent. Through this mission and vision,Ecobank has been improving time by time by fulfilling the gape of poverty within the societies of Africa and also expecting to move beyond Africa. The good example of why Ecobank is improving and bringing changes of development in Africa is based for having strong leadership within the management team and working as like a team, l refer to The Chef Executive Officer of Ecobank Africa, Hon. Arnold Ekpe who said; The greatest opportunities(for investors in banking and financial services industries) will lie in the mass retail segment, and also less than 20% of the African population has access to formal banking facilities, which represents a huge opportunity and He commented the speech of the Formal President of South Africa Nelson Mandela; it always seems impossible until it is done Today, Ecobank is recognized as a major financial institution across the continent of Africa and even moving beyond of Africa. Working as a teamwork, bringing people together, and working as only one bank as now present in more than 32 Countries with common branding, policies, process and technologies across

our entire network-risk management, finance, operation and information Technology have been all centralized, Ecobank today employed more than 20,000 people from more than 30 nationalities in more than 1,400 branches and offices across Africa, the Middle East and Europe.

5.0.

OBJECTIVES. (REDUCTION OF POVERTY AND INCREASING OF

DEVELOPMENT.) The Ecobank, Pan-African Bank has been a major source in building peace, development and humanitarian assistances in different parties, or countries in Africa. Through their implementations managed to give aid to the societies, communities who are facing difficulties life of living. The following are the objectives of Ecobank, includes; to project Ecobank as a responsible and caring corporate citizen, to assist communities and certain underprivileged groups to enhance their livehoods,to encourage creativity and excellence among West Africans, and foster integration within the region. ECOBANK AS A RESPONSIBLE AND CARING CORPORATION.

Prouding of Africa, Ecobank, The Pan-African Bank has been a good supportive for African Societies for improving the life standards of living. For example; Ecobank Foundation, involved in financing social project in Africa focused on education, womens, children, health, scientific research, and social cultural activities while over 28 project in Africa consisted amount of USD 600,000 with the consideration of the lives of poor African, meals to the hungry and deprived children while also prevention from diseases such as malaria, tuberculoses and HIV/AIDS. For example in West African Countries includes; Chad,Senegal,Nigeria,Ghana,Togo,Uganda, South Africa, Angola and so many areas concerned across Africa.

However as a responsible Ecobank in Africa to reduce the crisis of poverty, and raising funds to support orphans, HIV and AIDS in Africa and beyond the border, Ecobank Nigeria, welcomed Miss Universe of 2011, Leila Lopes who managed to visit and tour Orphanage Camp within West African Countries and given out the Cheque of about 6 N, Mollions to sustain the orphanages. Through this symbolized that Ecobank as an ambassador of peace builder in African countries.

According to the Managing Director of Ecobank Nigeria Hon; Jibril Aku,who said ,Our vision as a bank is to build a world class Pan-African bank and contribute to the economic development and financial integration of Africa. as the way of guiding principle of our corporation in focusing to social responsibility activities and also wealth creation. While also the Managing Director of Ecobank Tanzania Hon. Enoch Kyeremeh who always into his speech, Kwa pamoja tunaweza.He always encourage staffs to work together as a team. Through this speech, developed and built a good relationship within staffs [ m n branches proceeded and today Ecobank is moving forward to expand and establish more branches in Tanzania. ACHIEVEMENT OF ECOBANK IN TANZANIA. Tanzania is one of the country located in East African countries. East African Countries

includes; Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi ,Tanzania, Southern Sudan and Democratic of Congo DRC in process to join in this union. It is a democratic country which gives opportunity to the citizens to be free by challenging the government while also to give opportunity by opening the door to the foreigners to come within our country and invests their businesses resulting to increase employment and development as the way of reduction of poverty which is one of the immediate cause of conflict into our country. The population of citizen is increasing and it is almost more than 45 Millions in numbers. Tanzania is blessed to have a lot of natural resources which helps to increase the

economy of our country as the way of supporting his people for the development and building infrastructures Ecobank Tanzania (ETZ) The Pan African Bank, as one among the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has been increasing in good performances by playing his role of giving more opportunity Tanzanian for being employed by this Bank. Since 2010 up to today Ecobank Tanzania has been successfully in Dar es Salaam city for having five branches

includes Sokoine branch as the Head Office, Quality Central branch, Uhuru branch, Msimbazi branch and Mwenge branch while also expecting to open more braches within our county Tanzania like moving forward to Mwanza, Arusha, Mtwara, Mbeya, Dodoma and much more purposely to give good, reliable services to the people of Tanzania. This is a great achievement for this international institution Ecobank Tanzania for playing their roles of giving more reliable services to the Tanzanian and increasing more employment and creating good environment by modernizing life standards to their staffs while also considering customers with reliable and good services. This brought a lot of changes in Dar es Salaam and moreover the country where by many of them starting knowing on how Ecobank works and the way it operates. We welcome Ecobank into our country and for my eyes l saw it and believe that it will bring a lot of changes into our country Tanzania like the way it plays its roles in West and Central African countries and today Ecobank is every where in East African countries with a lot of branches. This will make a lot of changes into our country and motivating more Tanzanian to apply for more employment into this international institution. This is another strategic intelligent to redact poverty and conflict in Tanzania as the way of building peace indirect.

6.0. ADVANTAGES OF ECOBANK TANZANIA LIMITED. Tanzania is a developing country, and it is still moving forward to establish her economy to be strong and stable, the number of people is increasing and still poverty and unemployment, poor infrastructures and communication system, are challenges into our country. And through these

situations brought a tension within community of Tanzania in different areas which can cause conflict to rise at any time. Ecobank Tanzania has come with new strategy to bring development into our country and to participate fully by providing sustainable and reliable services to satisfy all customers. These advantages includes; employment as the way of redacting poverty into our societies. Another advantage of Tanzania within Ecobank is giving a lot of opportunities for Tanzanian who is employed with this institution to create good relationship within all staffs of Ecobank to other countries where Ecobank is found. While also given opportunity of traveling to the international Head Office Togo, Ghana and other countries for being trained in different departments as the way of getting enough confidences and experiences of working which motivate Ecobank Tanzania to be the best Bank in Tanzania. Availability of employment with this lnternational institution Ecobank Tanzania Limited will bring a lot of changes into our country Tanzania and this will be another way of resolving conflict or challenges which are facing our government. Therefore all Tanzanian who are qualified to work within Ecobank, they get a lot of benefits which create good environment into our societies while also societies benefiting a lot from Ecobank due to their good services they offer within the community.

The increasing the economy of our country. The Ecobank Tanzania Limited has been playing a big roles within our government legally which helps to strengthen and support our economy to increase. For example working with Government Institutions includes; Bank of Tanzania (BOT),

Tanzania Postal Bank, Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Business Registration and Licensing Authority (BRELA), Tanzania Investment Central (TIC) and so many while also giving loans to different Companies and to Customers and creating better conditions of lives to workers as the way of increasing our economy .Through this situation brought a lot of changes into our country. 8.0. ASSIGNED TASK/ ACTIVITIES I was accepted to join Ecobank Tanzania Limited (ETZ) at Head Office Sokoine Branch to do my field report basically for my Faculty in Conflict Resolution and Peace Buildings was assigned to work within the branch, welcoming customers, directing them on how to open an accounts, preparing their ATM Card Machines, organizing the files of our customers ,and learning on how to handle customers(customer care) and avoiding conflict into the working area. Through this conflict was resolved peacefully and customers were satisfied with our services. Also later l was taken to another level of my field at Head Office to Legal Department, whereby l found very wonderful peoples and taught me lot of things basing to my field was given a tasks on how to keep files of our customers, registration for company search at Business Registration and Licensing Authority (BRELA),Tanzania Revenue Authority(TRA),Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA),Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) all these

process was done legally in order to avoid conflict between government and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) known as Ecobank Tanzania Limited (ETZ) to operate well without any reflections. Also within Legal Department l learned on conflict can be resolved within the Bank and outside the Bank. This was between staff and staff, Employees and Employers, Bank and Customers. They taught me on how conflict can be resolved using peacefully methods which includes; Mediation, Negotiations, arbitrations and Reconciliations thank God so much because l was very aware with my time of learning understood and got a lot of experiences into my field.

9.0. ECOBANK TANZANIA LIMITED AS AN ACTOR IN PEACE BUILDING. Ecobank Tanzania Limited as one among the best Bank in Tanzania and still running forward competing with other bank so that can take over and be the best bank into our country, has been working and offering good services to the different customers and managed to fill the gape which was a major problem affecting our country and our economy. The availability of Ecobank replaced the gape (input the reliable of good services against poverty) which influenced many people of Tanzania to join this International Bank and to manage reducing this problem into our societies, Wealth creation requires the commitment to save and one does not necessarily need large sums of money to start with Ecobank we do both; give you discipline to save and a chance to realize your dream, Being a Pan African Bank, we have made similar impact in countries in West, Central and Eastern Africa and would like to do the same in Tanzania. (James Cantamantu-Koomson 2012) This speech was addressed by the former Managing Director of Ecobank Tanzania; Mr. James Koomson-Cantamantu on 4th June 2012 launching a promotion tagged WIN BIG WITH ECOBANK. Through his speech motivated many people, both Tanzanian and foreigners joined this Bank as a trusted Bank and believed their lives, plans. And their development soon will be changed and poverty to be eliminated. Therefore through

this shows that the implementation policy of Ecobank Tanzania is very strong and is uniting all people to work as a team as the way of building peace within our communities While also building a World class Pan African Bank, Ecobank is full-services bank providing a broad range of products and services to governments, financial institutions, multinationals, international organizations, medium, small and micro businesses and individual. Through this policy Ecobank has been getting better and better into our country by improving standard of working together with customers as a teamwork which brought a lot of changes into our communities. This shows that Ecobank is one of the Peace Building Actor in Tanzania due to their good performance within our societies.

10.0. CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND PEACE BUILDING WITHIN THE BANK AND OUTSIDE OF THE BANK. The Legal Department at Ecobank Tanzania Limited is very special and potential in this field, because are the main actor in resolving all different conflicts concerned the Bank and also to customers within our country. They have been facing a lot of challenges in resolving conflict and doing reconciliation within management, staffs and customers. For example, During September the cases of loosing the money at Sokoine Branch whereby the money was transferred from Msimbazi Branch amount of 20,000,000/= got lost which caused some of the staffs within Sokoine Branch and Msimbazi Branch where arrested by the police and imprisoned so that investigation to take place to know the source. This issue was taken into Legal Department whereby Legal(Head of Legal and his Team) decided to take this issue seriously as the main actor (Mediators) to find the way on how conflict can be resolved. This was a big challenge resolving issues like this. But they managed to resolve this issue and also reconciliation was

made whereby staffs of Sokoine Branch and Msimbazi were given freedom and returned to their working places without any harassment. Therefore Legal Department was responsible for resolving conflict in peacefully way while also doing reconciliation and and peace building. While also another challenge faced Legal Department to resolve was about our customer with the name of Benito Konzo who took the loans to maintain his businesses. The challenge came out when the Bank realized the issue of forging signature in one of his facility t(Title Deed) taken without his concerned from his partner. The issue was taken into the Court in order to be resolved and later Legal Department took position to resolve this issue in peaceful method. Through their experiences they managed to handle this conflict and they are still working on it in order to end it. Therefore Legal Department is very important in this foreign institution because

they have mandate to resolve and protect this institution Ecobank Tanzania Limited regarding to National Law and International Law. Ecobank Tanzania Limited at Head Office has different Departments and they are the source, for developing this Bank in Tanzania, includes; Head of Legal, Corporate Banking, Treasury, Domestic, Credit, Risk, Financial and Human Resource. These departments are very potential within the Bank because they are responsible for Developing the system and policies of the Bank with their major goal of improvement. They all work together as like teamwork and their goal is one. Through these corporations of working together they manage to resolve all conflict within the Bank basically to all staffs and also to customers. This implicate that Peace Building is implemented within Ecobank Tanzania Limited. 11.0. MY AREAS OF STUDY. My areas of studies were concentrated into specific unities includes; Globalization and Regional integration , Strategic intelligence, Practices of Diplomacy, international Law, Humanitarian Assistance and Reconciliation and Peace Building came to realize through my field study

especially to these specific areas Ecobank Tanzania Limited (ETZ) is concerned into all units of studies.Ecobank Transnational Incorporations (ETI) is developed rapidly in different countries and being successfully through above areas of my studies. RECONCILIATION AND PEACE BUILDING. Ecobank Tanzania Limited has been facing difficulties challenges (conflict) between employee and employers, Staffs and Customers, and lot relating to this. Through these situations of conflict, the management team of Ecobank Tanzania Limited managed to control and resolved all conflict and reconciled all parties involved, resulting to build the broken relationship whereby forgiveness always much concerned and considered.

GLOBALIZATION AND REGINAL INTERGRATION Globalization is a process of interaction and integration among the people, companies, and governments of different nations, a process whereby international trade and investment and aided by information technology. This process of globalization and regional integration has been affecting the environment, on culture, on political systems, on economic development and prosperity and also on human physical well-being in societies around the World. Also globalization involved the combination of such processes as crossing the border flows of goods, capital, technologies, information and people, territorial and institutional integration of markets. For example The Ecobank Transnational Incorporation(ETI) or Ecobank Group Companies managed to open many branches around Africa and beyond Africa and in presence time Tanzania has been also considered for opening branch of Ecobank which gives opportunity and advantages of movements to the people of Tanzania,governments,and foreigners to benefits from this International Institution (FDI)

Also the benefits includes; increasing of employments within the countries concerned, movement of workers traveling in different countries for special training with Ecobank Transitional Incorporations (ETI),social interactions, improvement of infrastructures and communications, making good relationship with foreigners, increasing the economy of the country, and so many benefits. For example some of Tanzanian staffs of Ecobank has been given opportunity of traveling in different countries like Zimbabwe, Ghana, Togo, Kenya, Uganda, for special training with Ecobank Transitional Incorporation and also given opportunity for foreigners to be accepted with our government working within Ecobank Tanzania (ETZ) like others from Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya.Therefore this has been caused by globalization and regional integrations

PRACTICES OF DIPLOMACY. Practices of Diplomacy is the conduct of international relations through the intercession of professional diplomats with regard to issues of peace-making ,wars, economics, cultures environment and human rights. For example Ecobank Transnational Incorporations (ETZ) has been successfully to be launched into our country Tanzania because of diplomatic policies basing in trade, economy, culture, peace-making, environment and human right. All these process was done immediately because of multilateral diplomacy where by all foreigners are protected by the international law which gives them freedom of movements, working in a hosts country ,making friendship ,Therefore International Law, international community, International Criminal Court (ICC) are responsible for any one who violate their rights in a host country (Tanzania). 12.0. TEAM WORK. Ecobank Transnational Incorporations (ETI) as well as Ecobank Group Company with other branches of Ecobank in the World are working together as a team work as one, and through this brought a lot of success for good performances more than other Banks. This is because Ecobank

Transnational Incorporation (ETI) is conducting regional and international and international advocacy, and working with government including electoral commissions, national human rights institutions, parliaments and local governments and local government structures as well as with non-state actors like civil society organizations. 13.0. COMMUNICATION Ecobank operates as One Bank with a common brand and also common standards, policies and processes, which mean our customers, get consistent and reliable services across its network of all branches and offices. Also Ecobank has data centers based in Accra, Lagos and Lome that provide a common technology platform. This was the speech addressed by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ecobank Mr. Arnold Ekpe.Through his speech brought a big changes in Africa whereby many branches were opened and today Ecobank is into our country Tanzania and expecting to be the best bank in some few times to come in Tanzania.

Ecobank Transnational Incorporations commenced operations with its first subsidiary in Togo, since March-1988 and today Ecobank is moving forward to cater in every country in the world while also today is the best bank to have many branches in Africa. Therefore Tanzania we

believe that through Ecobank, the government, societies and non-government organizations will gain a lot of benefits. 16.0. TOLERANCE Ecobank Transnational Corporations (ETI) has been never given up, even faced a lot of challenges in developing this institution, but they focused forward with their principles and policies and managed unto today. Through their policies and principles attracted the former President of South Africa into his speech addressed It always seems impossible until it is done Today, Ecobank is recognized as a major financial institution across the continent but when the concept of a privately-owned independent African institution was first mooted in the 1980s, the idea was considered almost crazy but now they are moving faster more than any other banks.

17.0. CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED ADMINISTRATION Ecobank Tanzania Limited achieved a lot of success into our country and still is moving forward to expand more branches in different regions. Also some of the challenges encountered administrations includes; parking systems for all staffs of Ecobank to all branches, demanding for increasing salaries for all staffs, lack of enough security which caused some of the money to get lost which was transferred from Msimbazi Branch to Sokoine Branch and also the theft of one personal computer to the one staff within the Bank, while also conflict from customers and the management of the Bank due to the delay of receiving their loans.These challenges has been received with the management concerned and the resolutions was founded and resolved peacefully within the Bank and some of them are still in progressing to be implemented as soon as possible. 18.0. ABSENCE OF SUPERVISOR FROM THE UNIVERSITY. Kampala International University at Dar es Salaam Campus was successfully for their courages and honors for admitting their student for field work in different organizations. This was very

good ideas for all students to gain or achieve a lot of experiences of working in different sectors way of creating national, international relationships and building characters to the organizations. This was also successfully. Therefore the management of Kampala International University at Dar es Salaam Campus failed to send their Lecturers into the field areas for their final approval. This brought a big challenge to the students concerned in the field because of missing some of the potential directions from them, but also Students didnt give up of lacking supervisions from the campus. Through this situation caused me to referring President of United States (USA) Abraham Lincoln who said into his speech; Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other. The speech encouraged and God Almighty helped me a lot and managed to do it successfully.

19.0. RECOMMENDATION The Ecobank Tanzania Limited is very organized Bank. I thank Ecobank Transnational Incorporations (ETI) for their acceptance and considering/recognition as Tanzania to be one of the member of Ecobank.There is a lot of benefits for Ecobank to develop and to be the best Bank of Tanzania if they implement their policies positively without race, religions,or discriminations and respect of human right. This will bring Ecobank to be the best Bank in Tanzania like the way is the best in West Africa. Also introduction of Ecobank Foundation in Tanzania and involving in building peace by improving food security and empowering womens within our country and across the border like the way it is in West and Centre Africa. Ecobank has been playing big role involving in peace in West Africa and we

expect the same policies to be adopted and implemented within our country because most womens and childrens (orphans and widows) are the most affected with poverty. Childrens are most scattered and moving around the cities (street children) like Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Mtwara,Mbeya, and so many places. This brought big challenges into our country and is affecting our societies. Iam kindly requesting the Ecobank Tanzania Limited to think and consider these situations into our country because it is too embarrassing into the societies and government. I believe for the presence of Ecobank Tanzania will bring a lot of changes within our societies as like the way is doing in Uganda (Uganda foundation) and other countries. The structure of Ecobank is very excellence, keep it up really appreciates for their system, and the way they work together as a team. The Management is very organized and through all these process, it shows that Ecobank with their solidarity will bring a lot of changes into our country Tanzania.

Legal Department is very organized and is responsible of resolving conflict whatever it occur within the Bank and outside of the Bank. This Bank is an international Bank and Department is very busy with a lot of works, and the Bank is depending from them of resolving conflicts. Therefore l request kindly, if the management could consider adding department for Peace Building and Reconciliation to help Legal Department. Through this will help to bring more developments for our Bank because all customers will be benefit a lot with our services which will help them not to withdraw their contract with the bank. 20.0. CONCLUSSION.

Ecobank Transnational Incorporations (ETI) is the Group of Companies originated from West African Countries. It has achieved a lot of success and development and giving out aids to the affected societies in African countries (Humanitarian assistant).All these process was done under International Law, International Relations, Practices of Diplomacy, Reconciliations and Peace Building, Strategic Intelligent, Globalization and Regional Integrations, Gender and Peace Building, International Organizations, and so many which are relating into the societies in African Countries. Therefore today Ecobank is growing faster by expanding more branches in African countries and outsides of Africa which gives and promote more opportunities of employment to different nations and different people, resulting to the increasing of the economies of countries and today Ecobank is the leading pan-African Bank, present in more than 30 countries in Africa than any other bank in the World and is still moving forward to expand more branches aiming to give more reliable and good services.
