Control/ Recovery Measures given out in a language understood by the work force, have it translated. Ask question regarding the briefing to get feedback from the staff, this ensures full comprehension. Issue required appropriate PPE and replace PPE that has signs of defect. PPE must include both hearing protection as well as dust inhalation protection. Before any inspection, the supervisor or the safety officer should look through any files or documentation that relates to the premises.

Contractor will rest assure that only visual inspection to the control cubicle panel is allowed. Always half feet of distance is to be maintained between the person and the equipment.
