Next Steps: AGM in March is official changeover but we can start doing it now updating the constitution/twitter. Jess change facebook link it to someones committee account? Be much better if it was a like page instead of a friends-page. Hannah will look into this. Lauren will look into other things we need to change. 2. Halloween (tomorrow!) a. Goody shopping! No nuts, Jam, syrup and treacle and stuff (Treacle is cheaper we put this on doughnuts. Cleaning products and plastic bags. b. Buckets/basins: There are basins at Chris and Hannah can bring hers. c. a. Meeting place and time: Polo starts at 9. Doing something here beforehand milk? YE milk <3 there will be a FINGER BUFFET. 5. Ceilidh a. Venue search update: Hannah Hilton Hotel Byres Road, Jurys Inn, Buff Club. Jurys Inn people can mingle in bar area. Buff club quite small. Hilton will provide band for 260. 300 for the night. Hannah will type it up and send it to Lauren. b. Ticket design: Erin will get on it. c. Selling from next week? Lunchtime drop-in - 5. d. Decorations a lot left over from last year. Themed? Charities World Aid Days, Diversity role models as they are a small charity with not as much publicity. Should be LGBT related because its what we do/this is biggest event of the year. 6.
