Golf Course Overview

18 Holes, PB Dye designed facility The Lakes Barcel Golf Course was re design and remodel by the renowned architect PB Dye, overlooking and supervising the whole process himself. December 2010 the golf course opened his doors to the Barcel guests as well to the public. The championship golf course traverses a lush mangrove forest, 25 inland lakes and 122 bunkers. The course capitalizes on the natural beauty of the Bvaro area, incorporating native plant species around its meticulously manicured greens. At 6,655 yards from the professional tees, the 18-hole, par-72 championship course is the newest and most visited course on the Bvaro / Punta Cana Area. Public and Resort Facility Resort Course, Open to daily fee play. The Barcel Bvaro Beach Resort offers a combined total of more than 1990 luxury lodging accommodations in 2 hotels, The Beach and the Bvaro Palace Deluxe, an impressive conference center, a spa with more than 15 session rooms, 15 restaurants with a great variety of international cuisine, Night Club, Casino, shopping plaza and many activities for our guests. Clubhouse The clubhouse, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the 18th green, will offer a fully stocked golf shop featuring Mens and Ladies golf apparel and equipment, a full service restaurant/bar that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, lockers and changing rooms with showers and other amenities. No swimming trunks, tennis shorts, cut-offs, jogging or gym attire will be allowed. Pants must be casual or dress slacks only. Absolutely no denim (blue) jeans, zubas, warm- ups, or sweat pants. Soft spikes or tennis shoes only, potentially damaging shoes will not be allowed on the golf course or practice area at any time.
