Sub-Division II Building & Quantity Surveying Bye Law 4(f)(iii) Should have served in a Central Government Department/State Government Department Public Sector Undertaking, in the status of Group A officer or equivalent dealing with Building and Quantity Surveying for at least 15 years AND have possessed the status of Surveyor of Works or above for a minimum period of 10 years after passing Final/Direct Final Examination of the Institution of Surveyor in Sub-Division II Building and Quantity Surveying. OR Should have practiced the profession of Building and Quantity Surveying independently for at least 8 years after passing Final/Direct Examination of the Institution of Surveyors in Sub-division II Building and Quantity Surveying and earned a name in a profession and be continuing to so practice. OR Should have been a proprietor/partner/director/an executive in a renowned firm of Construction Engineers, Consulting Architects, Engineers or Surveyors and be actively connected with the Profession of Building and Quantity Surveying for at least 10 years after passing Final/Direct Final Examination of the Institution of Surveyors in Sub-Division II Building and Quantity Surveying and be continuing to be so/to do so, provided, if the applicant is an executive of the firm, he should have a total experience of 15 years in the field of Building and Quantity Surveying after passing Final/Direct Final Examination of the Institution of Surveyors in Sub-division II Building and Quantity Surveying. 5. Sub-division III Valuation Surveying Bye Laws 5(f) and (g) Should have served in a Central Government Department/State Government Department/Public Sector Undertaking, in the status of a Senior Gazetted Officer or equivalent dealing with Valuation Surveying for at least 8 years AND have been in the status corresponding to that of Superintending Engineering or equivalent, for the preceding three years. OR Should have practiced the profession of Valuation Surveying as a Registered Valuer (Category 1 of Immovable Properties) of Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India, independently for at least 10 years and earned a name in the profession and be continuing to so practice. OR

hould have been a proprietor/partner director/an executive in a renowned firm of Valuers, Architect, Engineers or Surveyors registered with the Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India and be actively connected with the profession of Valuation Surveying for at least 8 years and be continuing to be so/to do so, provided, if the applicant is an executive of the firm, he should have held the position, of Senior Executive for the preceding three years and be still be holding such a position.
