Tag:AHU-3 Fan2 and AHU-2-F-1

AHU-3-F-2=VFD was off on a "ext/mot fault". Went through control wiring and followed problem back to the overload relay. I reset the relay and VFD fault cleared and VFD started. The nameplate full load amperage of the motor is 48A, the overload looks to be rated for the amperage of the motor. I recommend changing the overload heaters, it looks like the originals are still being used and should be replaced to avoid further issues. Please look below for details on overload and heaters. The VFD is now working and I placed into auto operation. FURNAS CAT NO. 48GC37AA4 with E77 heater AHU-2-F-2= bad transformer fuse "little fuse FLM 1 1/2 amp, need to order and return back to replace
