Screwdriver Cocktail Ingredients

6-8 cubes (cracked) Ice 2 measures vodka to top up, orange juice

Instructions

Fill a chilled glass with chracked ice. Pour vodka over ice and top up with orange juice. Stir well to mix and decorate with a slice of orange. Variations: Cordless Screwdriver, Creamy Screwdriver, Harvey Wallbanger, Slow Screw.

Bloody Mary Cocktail Ingredients

4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice 1dash Worcestershire sauce 1 dash tabasco sauce 1 measure vodka 6 measures tomato juice 1/2 a lemon worth lemon juice 1 pinch celery salt 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

Put the cracked ice into a shaker. Dash the Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco sauce over the ice and pour in the vodka, tomatoe juice and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms. Strain into a tall, chilled glass, add a pinch of celery salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Decorate with celery stick and/ or slice of lemon.

Basil Mojito Cocktail Ingredients

6 ice cubes 10 basil leaves 1/2 glass soda water 1 small table spoon sugar 3 lime slices 2 shots rum

Instructions

Place basil leaves, sugar and lime slices into a chilled pint glass or a tumbler. Lightly muddle until the sugar dissolves and the basil smell becomes more intensely. Add rum (my fav: Bacardi Superior) then stir, fill with ice and on top it with soda water. ENJOY.

2 measures lime juice

Instructions

Rub rim of chilled cocktail glass with lemon wedge and dip in coarse salt to frost. Put cracked ice cubes in shaker with the tequila, triple sec and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into prepared glass and decorate with lime slice. Variations: Frozen Margarita, Blue Margarita, Margarita Imperiale, Peach Margarita.
