Guidelines for presentation of portfolio:
Work should be no older than 2 years.
Name, address, and phone number should be attached to your portfolio.
While original works are preferred, you may submit digital images, prints, digital video on CD/ DVD, slides of your
work accompanied by an explanation sheet, or submit via email .jpg images, Powerpoint, Word, or .pdf file
accompanied by an explanation sheet. If submitting work done as part of a class assignment, please indicate the type of
assignment, the source or reference for the work, the name of the instructor, and the date of the work..

 Numbers of works:

Two dimensional: maximum of 10 12 original works (drawings,. paintings, designs, prints, photographs)
presented flat rather than rolled. Additional photo or digital reproductions are optional.
Three dimensional: maximum of 3 original works or 6 slides should be submitted.
Slide Presentation: Slides should be labeled with slide number, artists name, title, and medium.
Digital Presentation:
o Images must be .jpg images, Powerpoint, Word, or .pdf file
