Why should I hire you?

As I am a fresher I don't have any experience but the experience comes from work only. I have curiosity to learn new things which takes me one step further. I am a good team player, quick learner, hard worker, disciplined, adaptable to any environment and love to talk people. And working in your esteemed firm will enhance my knowledge in order to serve the company in a better way. So I strongly feel that if given an opportunity to work for the company then it will be pleasure to me and also I assure you that I will try my best to work for the organization.

Why do you want to work at our company?

I think the employees are the reason for the success of any company, and if this company has a reputation or name in the market is because of them and I want to be a part of those people by which I will definitely groom my personality, knowledge and lifestyle and tomorrow when people appreciate this company I will feel proud to be the part of this organization.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Having an attitude that I can do this work is "confidence" but having a notion that only I can do it is "over confidence". There is a very thin line separating confidence and over confidence. A confident person reaches to a great height and an over confident person falls from a great height.

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Sir, I think smart work comes after the hard work if I work hard then I will get experience and after getting experience I can do that work in a smart manner. So I think smart work is a part of hard work or we can say behind every smart work, hard work is there. By doing hard work we get some ideas to implement the same work in a smart way that leads to smart work.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

Of course no one will like to work at nights & on weekends. But when it's required I can definitely do it. Just as I study till late night during exams.

Can you work under pressure?

Yes I can definitely work under pressure, because pressure makes me more responsible and improve my knowledge; moreover its a good opportunity to show our hidden talents.

What motivates you to do good job?

The 3 things which motivates me are: 1) The hard work and sacrifices my family made for my studies so that I can stand on my feet. 2) Recognition from the job which I am doing and. 3) The passion I carry for this kind of job.

What makes you angry?

I usually get angry when I see persons who talk behind one's back. But there is no good in arguing with them about it. So I'll try to just ignore them and don't let them spoil my life by worrying about them.

How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

I would like to work for a long time, as long as you and I feel that I'm doing a good job.

Are not you overqualified for this position?

No Sir, I don't think I am Overqualified for that post. Now I have just theoretical knowledge about my field when I will get practical knowledge that time I can consider me just a wellqualified not overqualified, because learning never ends. We will learn new things till our death.

Describe your ideal company, location and job.

Ideal company- a company which enhances my competence levels offers me opportunities, which believes in working as team and grows as an individual and has a clear definite vision for both the employees and the organization.

Ideal location- an ideal location will be where a person when wake in the morning in his home, never says that '' oh. Again office''

Ideal job- an ideal job would be where employee can enjoy his work, use his skills, and make others happy and the most important get respect.

What are your career options right now?

To pursue a career that will provide an opportunity to explore my skills, creativity and upgrade my knowledge at each stage, for the development of the organization.

Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

Punctuality, dedication towards the work, effective team player, ability to learn quickly, flexibility these skills make an employee to be an asset to an organization I am having all those characteristics so I will definitely be an asset to this organization.

What are your outside interests?

My outside interests are I will play with children so that I will forget all my tensions and relax myself. One more thing I will show interest to learn new things which would be helpful to me.

Would you lie for the company?

I don't think such kind of problems arise in this leading company. Instead of going for lie we should think about other best alternative. If I will lie it will impact the goodwill and this lie leads to other hundreds of lies. Honesty is right solution to all problems.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?
According to me success lies in happiness. If we are happy doing some work and others are happy with our work then we are successful person.

If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?

Yes, I will work because if luck can bring me a lottery, then fate can make me lose it as well. Good times are always followed by bad ones. There are always ups and downs.

How much salary do you expect?

Sir, first of all thanks for asking me this question. As a fresher, my priority is to gain work experience and sharpen my skills. But I know that being a reputed company, the salary for this point you have decided will be enough to satisfy my basic needs and also act as an incentive for furthering my achievements.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

I would like to see myself in a responsible position and I want to be one of the reasons behind the success of the company that company proud of me.

Sir, I am not a right person to rate you, since you asked this to me I rate you 9/10 because no one is perfect. If I am giving 10 out of 10 mean in that there is no chance to improve ourselves and there is no self-motivation. So I will give you 9/10.
