Research- Admitted to Doctoral research studies in 2010 in Privacy in Social Network related topic, Queensland University of Technology. Masters thesis: completed research on Federated Meta Data for Next Generation Web Services (External sources such as Freebase, Wikipedia, or DBpedia can be used as the source of federated metadata to improve end-user's experience for development and sharing of interesting information and knowledge). This was a joint collaboration of TSLAB, KTH and TN20 Inc., Stockholm, Sweden. For Bachelor thesis: completed research on Bangla Handwritten Character Recognition Using Syntactic Method (Some algorithms modified and new algorithms given about the Bangla character recognition process. There was also some improvement in Bangla character recognition process using curvature analysis). Software/Web application development- A sound knowledge of programming enabled me to work as a Software and Web Application developer for different organizations in Bangladesh and Sweden. Business Acumen, enterprise and project management- A consistent interest in business and entrepreneurship has motivated me to complete several courses including ICT Venture Creation in ICT Entrepreneurship where I have learned ideation, planning, execution and growth of potential ICT business opportunities and successfully presented a complete business plan during the course. Also I have experience as project coordinator in Southtech Limited. Team and strategic leadership- I have significant experience in managing internee teams consisting of up to 12 members as part of Industrial Training while working in Southtech Limited in 2005. I have worked as project manager for Southtech Stockbroker (Stock Exchange Management System).
