Hello, yesterday while I was playing APB Reloaded I got in contact with a hacker, Valiora. In total we played against her(or better said against 3 of them) 3 times. I understand, but for some reason I saw her playing today... I reported Valiora 2 days ago and she can still move freely... Let's assume Valiora could get a ban, when would the ban be in effect? I mean like some dead line...(1 week after report, 4 days - I hope you understand my question)

Well ok, I will make an overall question. If a hacker is reported, and then you are analyzing the video(also the proof) that is connected with that certain hacker, how much would it take for you to take action against that hacker IF that video shows that he is hacking?
