Defendants ASIA ECONOMIC INSTITUTE, LLC (AEI), RAYMOND MOBREZ, and ILIANA LLANERAS respectively submit the following response to the Courts order dated October 4, 2011 (Doc. #19): AEI has had only two owners/members since its inception in 2007: Raymond Mobrez and Iliana Llaneras. Both Mr. Mobrez and Ms. Llaneras are citizens of California and were citizens during the entire time AEI operated. AEI was a California limited liability company with its principal place of business in Los Angeles, California before it was dissolved earlier this year. ///
