INDUCTION PROGRAMME AT CENTRAL OFFICE

It was a pleasant surprise to participate in the Induction Programme at central office on the occasion of Independence Day. The pious day was best utilized in inducting the central office staff with making them aware of what they are working with. Sri K.C.Malick, Chairman, BISWA, conducted the programme, which ran in six sessions. He explained the staff in the 1st session about what they are under the caption Know your self. In the 2 nd session it was about Know your organization. In this session the details about the origin of BISWA & how it came to presence status were explained. The vision & mission of BISWA was also discussed in the session. The system and procedure was discussed in the 3rd session. In the 4th session the Chairman explained about the necessity of account and books keeping, where in he narrated how the heads of account in the headquarters as well as in the branch offices is to be maintained. The 5th session consisted the detail of management information system. He explained about the sustainability in the sixth and last session.
