A Brand-New Setting for Las Vegas Meetings

The Renaissance Las Vegas prides itself on creative menu design and elegant culinary presentation. After meeting with you and reviewing your preliminary agenda, appropriate meeting space is available. Please see the attached brochure for meeting specifications. Meeting Space see attached brochure - General Session: 350 500 people theater style: Renaissance ballroom section I 5000 sq ft. - (3) Three Breakouts of 75 people without chairs: Five Spot, Paramount, Rainbow 1100 sq ft. each - (2) Two breakouts of 100 people theater style Dining Room for 300 600 people in rounds of 10: Renaissance ballroom II and III: combined. (300 is max in II and III set in round tables) 5000 sq ft . - Office: Chairman 600 sq ft. or Boardroom 400 sq ft.Prayer room without chairs: 600 people - Area for bazaar for about 20 tables (Note: vendor are conference participants selling non-food items such as Islamic books, clothes, CDs, etc) - A stage for entertainment/performance night on Monday night - No meeting space rental or setup fee will apply if all meeting room set-ups stay the same. If there is a need to change the meeting room set-ups meeting room rental will be reviewed with the client to cover staffing and labor costs. Food & Beverage see attached menus - Representatives from IMSA / MISC have met with the Renaissance Hotel Chef, Christopher Mihy, and reviewed the special needs for the meal preparation of halal and approved vendors. The chef also reviewed that only hotel kitchen staff may cook and prepare food in the hotel kitchen. Outside food may not be brought in unless approved by Chef Mihy as an approved caterer with the appropriate business license. - IMSA-MISG need of food and beverage are based on: o Halal food requirement (meat has to be purchased from a certified halal meat seller/supplier, no pork or pork derivative ingredient, and no alcohol ingredient or alcohol used for cooking) o Very simple menu (rice, one piece of meat, vegetable soup or salad). Menu and recipe can be provided by IMSA-MISG. o Beverage: water, tea, coffee

IMSA-MISG has had a deal with a local restaurant to provide such course of meal with cost $5 per meal per person for a total of 750 persons x 3 days x 2 meal times (lunch and dinner); or otherwise hotel may prepare the food for IMSA-MISG with the same price rate IMSA-MISG committee will serve the food (served in family or buffet style, or boxes, so no need for hotel staff to serve the food) Use of disposable utensil (foam plate and cup, plastic spoon and paper napkin)

Pending the meal function agenda: o Hotel Inventory of banquet furniture will be included in meal pricing o Price per person for meal periods based on final agenda will included hotel service staff, banquet captains, service charge price based accordingly to meal periods and coffee/tea/bottled water/and sodas as applicable. IMSA-MISG meeting will not need service staff for serving meal, neither use of hotel utensil (plate, cup, spoon, tray, pot, etc). Accordingly, there is no corkage or service fee.

Audio Visual see attached price sheet - IMSA-MISG need audio visual for only in the following rooms, and should be provided free of charge by the hotel: o General session theater style: a stage for 6 panel speakers with a sound system and a minimum of 3 microphones, and a large size projector screen. o Two breakouts of 100 people theater style: each room needs a table for panel of 2 speakers with a sound system and a minimum of 2 microphones, and a medium size projector screen. Internet: - Meeting room internet: $400.00 per meeting room per day. Accommodates up to 10 users per hub per $400 charge.
