We use a minimum .109 or 12 gauge wall thickness on all of our stainless steel pipe and welded fittings. Because of this we can achieve superior groove properties and withstand greater pressure variations over lighter wall thicknesses that are used by some manufacturers.

PERIGO in line Safety Screens are designed for sand media filter station discharge lines. They are there to prevent field line contamination in the event of a filter failure. Our screens are very durable, and are fabricated with an all welded stainless steel outer housing and standard #40 mesh stainless steel screen insert. PUMP SUCTION SCREENS

PERIGO has developed a much more durable Pump Suction Screen using a Vertical Rod All Welded design. We maintain a constant 5/16 spacing or less between the Screening Rods, which is sufficient to screen out any debris or foreign objects which might damage the bowls. Unlike the current horizontal spiral screen that is used throughout the industry, our design will withstand extreme abuse and maintain its integrity even if a weld fails or a rod breaks.
Our Thread On Screens offer a unique design feature. There is a bar tube welded in the neck of the screen which allows the installer to tighten the screen into place without the use of a chain or strap type wrench. VICTAULIC SCREENS
PERIGO Victaulic Screens are an essential tool that every field technician and owner or operator of sand media filters should have. Our screens are stainless steel and made to fit a 4 victaulic connection. They are used to locate faulty tanks in filter systems that are passing sand. A screen is placed at the discharge location at each tank in the system and will catch any sand that is being passed. FLUSHLINE THROTTLE VALVES AND SIGHT TUBES

PERIGO Flushline Throttle Valves are a field proven, economical way to consistently restrict the flow of sand media back flush water without running the risk of operator tampering and damage to the system. Our valves feature a welded locking rod which holds the butterfly in a set position while the positioning indicator lets the operator know the exact position of the butterfly. Even in the closed position the valve will still function, and is usually left in that position during operation.
The PERIGO Sight Tube offers a superior design when it comes to monitoring the sand and debris flow in the back flush line. Our Sight Tube is fabricated from all Stainless Steel and UV Protected Clear PVC. Unlike regular clear PVC, this product will maintain its clarity in the sunlight. There is no glass to break, or fasteners and gaskets to eventually fail. The vertical positioning means that when water flow is stopped the PVC tube will drain completely and dry out quickly so algae growth is hampered.
All of our valves are stainless steel with grooved ends for easy installation.

Our Adjustable Pipe Supports can be ordered in a variety of standard and custom sizes. Our standard supports are figured on a 10 to centerline measurement and come in pipe sizes 4-12. All of our supports come painted with plated thread and adjusting nut to resist rusting. Custom heights and sizes are available. Also available are Adjustable Pipe Support TOPS ONLY. Our tops are used for in-field applications where custom heights are needed. They come with a 6 thread length and an adjusting nut.

ADJUSTABLE A-FRAME PIPE SUPPORTS

PERIGO A-Frame Supports provide a clean and sturdy solution for supporting pipes high off of the concrete slab. Our A-Frames are normally used to support the inlet and discharge pipe in a spin clean filter application, but can be used in whatever application you may need them for. Our A-Frame Supports use the same adjusting process as our standard pipe supports and come painted gray with plated thread and adjusting nut to resist rusting. All stands are a standard height depending on the size of pipe. PUMP PLATES
Our Pump Plates are heavy duty and offer a clean finish to any installation. They are available for both single and dual pump head applications and can be ordered to fit inside or on top of the concrete stand. Our dual pump plates utilize a sub-frame which will not allow any deflection in the plate, even with the heaviest of loads. We offer our plates either solid or with an expanded metal top. Our plates come standard with cut-outs, fitting, inspection access, and gray paint, but can be ordered custom for any application. Just send us a drawing or let us know what you need and we will get it done.

SECURITY CAGES
PERIGO Modular Security Cages are a great way to prevent and deter vandalism and theft of your property. Because our security cage system is modular, it can be configured in a variety of sizes and shapes to fit just about any application. Each panel is constructed from Heavy Duty Expanded Metal which creates a far superior barrier to thieves than just chain link. Another great feature of our cages is that the roof panels are also modular. In the event that access is needed, such as removing an electrical panel or filter tank, or pulling a well, you can simply remove the panels that are covering what you need and leave the rest of the cage intact. Entire disassembly or removal of the cage is not necessary. All panels come painted gray with pre-punched or drilled holes for easy assembly and all fasteners are included. You can put it together yourself or let our team here at PERIGO assemble the cage on site for you.

FILTER TANK SKID FRAMES

PERIGO is introducing a completely new design for setting up sand media filter tanks on movable skids. Our system is COMPLETELY MODULAR and can be easily and quickly assembled to conform to any filter station configuration. Whether it is an In-Line, Tee or HPattern design; even if the sides are unequal, our system will do the job.
Because our frames are both modular and up to 70% lighter than other frame designs they are much easier to handle and can be palletized for easy transportation. The lighter weight also makes it cost effective for all Skid Frames and Connecting and Lifting Plates to be 100% HOT-DIPPED GALVANIZED, which is far superior to any painted finish. PERIGO Skid Frames are so versatile and economical that they are not just for temporary application, but can also be used in place of concrete and are often less expensive as well.
Lifting Plates can be installed on any configuration allowing the entire station to be lifted by crane; two tank assemblies can be moved by forklift.
