4- Cambio de la resistencia Changing the Heating element

- Antes de efectuar el cambio de la resistencia, lea este folleto de instruccin y siga las recomendaciones especificas de su producto. Before exchanging the heating element, read the instruction leaflet and follow the specific recomendations for your product. - No haga remiendos en resistencias (quemadas) para no cambiar las caractersticas del producto. - No es necesario retirar el producto de la pared para cambiar la resistencia. - Do not make repair on the heating element (burnt) to avoid changes at the product characteristics. - It is not necessary to remove the product from the wall to change the heating element.

Desconecte el disyuntor del circuito en el cual el producto esta instalado. Disconnect the circuit breaker of the main switchboard, where the product is installed

Retire los terminales de la resistencia a ser substituida, usando una pinza de pico. Remove the old heating element terminals, use an apropriate tool.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA EL CAMBIO DE LA RESISTENCIA HEATING ELEMENT CHANGING INSTRUCTIONS

3- Desarmado/ Disassembly
Retire los tornillos que fijan el e s p a r c i d o r, u s a n d o u n a herramienta adecuada. Retire el esparcidor, a traves de las aletas de apoyo en la lateral del mismo. Retire la tapa de la camara de calentamiento girandola en sentido anti-horario. Remove the screw that fix the spreader, using an adequate tool. Remove the spreader, through the lateral fins of the product. Remove the heating chamber, turning in the anti-clockwise direction.

Identifique en la resistencia nueva los lados "menor" y "mayor" determinando los terminais "A", "B" y "C. Identify new heating element, lower and bigger part , determining the terminals A, B and C.

PASO 2 - ATENCION: Certifiquese de 5 - Armado / Assembling haber colocado correctamente el terminal Identifique la posicin de los pinos "A" "B" y "A" en el pino "A" y no el terminal C en "C" gravados en el cuerpo del producto. el pino "A. Coloque completamente el terminal "B" en el pino "B", acomodando Identify the pins positions A, B and C, la parte menor de la resistencia en la parte marked in the body of the product interna del suporte.

STEP 2 - ATTENTION: Certify if the terminal A is placed correctly at the pin A and not the terminal "C" at the pine A. Place completely the terminal B at the pin B, accommodating the lower part of the heating element at the internal part of the support. STEP 3 - Place the terminal "C" at the pin "C" and accommodating the biggest part of the resistance at the external part of the place of the suport IIMPORTANT: After changing, the pieces must be assemble correctly to avoid leakage, in the reverse way as they were removed. Attention at the position of the oring and the sealing oring. The oring, sealing oring and the placing area, must be lubricated by the oil which cames with the new resistance. Assemble the sealing oring in to the heating element chamber, verify if the oring marking ESTE LADO PARA FORA , is on the lower side ( the external part of the product). Place the lid centralizing it in sealing oring and aligning the triangles marking in the lid and in the body of the product, press inwards and turn in the clockwise. Place the spreader carefully to not twist the sealing oring and place the screws that fix the spreader on alternate way (in cross) for well and balanced fastening.

PASO 3 - coloque completamente el terminal "C" en el pino "C" y acomode la parte mayor de la resistencia en la parte externa del suporte. IMPORTANTE: Despues de efectuada la substitucin, las piezas deben ser armadas correctamente para que no haya perdidas, en la orden invertida del desarmado. Observe atentamente la posicin del anillo de vedacin y de la goma de vedacin.

IMPORTANTE: Para que la resistencia no se queme, antes de conectar el disyuntor del cuadro de distribucin de energa elctrica, donde esta instalado el producto, abra la ducha manual, despues abra el registro y deje salir agua por el producto por algunos minutos. IMPORTANT: Open the register and let the water flow through the product for few minutes, so the water will fill the heating chamber. This procedure will avoid damages at the heating element. Verifique si hay alguna perdida, cierre el registro y conecte el disyuntor del cuadro de distribucin de energia electrica del circuito donde el producto esta instalado. Verify if there is any leakage. Close the register. Turn on the circuit breaker is the main eletric switchboard where the product installed. Use solamente reistencias genunas Lorenzetti. -Para utilizacin adecuada, verifique qual es el amperaje del disyuntor y el grosor de los cables indicados en la tabla de caractersticas tcnicas, de acuerdo con la tensin y potencia del producto. Only use Lorenzettis original heating element. For adequated use, check the voltaje and the power rating of your product, the circuit breaker amperage and the conductor s section indicated in the technical characteristics, in accord with the power and tension of your product.

Anillo de vedacin Sealing oring

PASO 1 - Coloque completamente el terminal A en el pino A con el auxilio de una herramienta adecuada. STEP 1 - Place the terminal A at the pin A with the apropriate tool

El anillo de vedacin, oring y el lugar de colocacin de los mismos, deben estar lubricados con el aceite que acompaa la nueva resistencia. Arme la guarnicin de vedacin en la cmara de la resistencia, certificandose de que la grabacin de la guarnicin ESTE LADO PARA FORA, este mirando hacia abajo (en la parte externa del producto). Coloque la tapa centralizandola en la guarnicin de vedacin y alineando los triangulos grabados en la tapa y en el cuerpo del producto, presione hacia dentro y gire en sentido horario. Coloque el esparcidor con cuidado para no enroscar el anillo de vedacin y atornille los tornillos que fijan el esparcidor de forma alternada (en cruz) para que el aprieto sea equilibrado.
