Looking for the light switch in the staircase or the corridor? Such worries are now a thing of the past. The movement detector Basic 120 switches the light on in the typical areas it is needed, when it is needed. It is practical for the user and guarantees a good level of security at all times. In this way, the movement detector Basic 120 helps you save energy conveniently.

Who would have imagined it? The presence detector Medium 180 ensures real comfort in the living room. The precise presence detection leaves the light on as long as the room is in use. And if you want to get a bit cosier in front of the TV, the automatic movement and presence detection can simply be switched off using the integrated push-button. That is the life.

Long halls such as those in schools are an ideal location to use the presence detector Advanced 180. When there is movement in the halls during break time, the lighting is activated safely and reliably. The higher mounting position allows for an extended area of detection, while at the same time affording greater damage protection. Multiple units can be linked together in master-slave mode to further increase energy efciency and guarantee complete monitor coverage. 6

In ofces of all sizes, energy efciency is at the top of the agenda. With the presence detector Advanced 180, there is now an energy-saving lighting control system which is also suitable for open spatial structures. Thanks to the raised mounting location, even areas behind furniture are covered. Coupling multiple presence detectors in master-slave mode allows customised application scenarios and guarantees full monitoring coverage.

Lights on when everyone is in the meeting! The presence detector Medium 180 switches on reliably as soon as the room is in use. If all attention should be on the video projector presentation, the lighting can simply be switched off with the integrated push-button. This way, convenience and saving energy go hand in hand.

Convincing details
Positive balance for convenience and energy
Movement and presence detectors have a lot going for them. Schneider Electric has combined innovative technology with practical details. That is how efficient solutions for modern buildings are created.
High-resolution lenses
The detection capabilities of movement and presence detectors are a clear sign of their quality. The highresolution lenses used here deliver optimum results and do not miss a single movement.
Resistant to faults
Detection precision and fault resistance are carefully coordinated with each other. Due to this, the movement and presence detectors have proven to be insensitive to white light and electrical noise.

Mode selector
The modes of the Medium and Advanced movement and presence detectors can be conveniently congured on-site to suit individual requirements. Automatic mode (A) The lighting is switched on as soon as a movement is detected and the amount of light has fallen below a pre-determined threshold. Manual mode (semi-automatic) (M) The detector is activated using an external pushbutton or the integrated push-button. Slave mode (S) In order to provide complete coverage of larger areas, multiple movement detectors can be linked to each other. One device (master) is used as the controller, the other devices (slaves) deliver switch impulses to the master.
Simple installation
Schneider Electric movement and presence detectors score points right from the installation stage. With a mounting depth of only 14 mm, installation is simpler than ever before. There is enough space in the ushmounted mounting box for a clean cable line. The screwless cable clamps make the electricians job easier. Simply insert the cables the easy-to-handle clamps guarantee safe and reliable contact.
