What is AASHTOWare Civil Rights & Labor?

A comprehensive web-based application allowing agencies to receive and process the data required to meet federal and state requirements for civil rights and labor compliance activities One unified software application that improves the quality of the information, eliminates duplicate data entry, and significantly reduces the time and effort to perform important tasks such as federal reporting, disparity studies, and data analysis (e.g. payrolls) 18 state transportation agencies licensing/evaluating.

Planning to implement the Civil Rights & Labor Payroll and Subcontract Payments external access functionality. DBE Commitment and Bidder/Quoter not yet determined
