Fire Safe House

In this activity, Fire Safe House. I get to draw a house that is safe from fire that may occur at anytime without any kind of warning. These are the lists of things that I put in the house as I think that it will be useful when there is a fire occurs in this house. Sprinkle, fire alarm, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, emergency phone numbers list such as 911 and so on.

Molar Mass Worksheet

In this worksheet, I can get to know more about molar mass and how to find it. The outcome for my score is quite good as I get 13out of 14. The only thing why I get 13 is that I add wrong. Normally 9+70 = 79, but then I answer it mistakenly so thats why it becomes 97. That is really stupid mistake. So I will try my best to improve it next time.

Word Equations

By doing this assignment, I can get to know more about how to write the word equation. A word equation is where you describe a reaction using the chemicals by their names instead of writing their formula.

Balancing Chemical Equations

From doing this worksheet in class. I got to know more about how to balance the equation from the given formulas. If the simple unbalanced equation, you can solve it by trial and error. So most of the time, I use that technique.

Grams/Moles Calculations

From doing this assignment, I can get plenty of knowledge of how to find moles and grams. I think I did quite well in this assignment as I get full points. To find moles, first of all you must find g/ml. Then you get number of g divided by number of g/ml. For finding grams. First step is to find g/ml. Then you get mol and multiply with g/ml.

Concept Review

This review sheet, help me in knowing about acids and bases. It helps me identify which substances as acidic, basic, or neutral. The lower the pH is the more acidic the substance is. The higher pH is the more basic it is. This review sheet also help me to know more about how the substance dissolve.

Experiment

In this experiment about coke. When a coke mix with 3 table spoon of chlorine powder, the coke will boiled! It will also spill out of the plastic cup. I really like this experiment because it helps me to see the awesome reaction in physical science.
