The study sought to establish the relationship of every man and their breakups. The following objectives were undertaken:

1. Identified the reasons of the break-up between a man and a woman. 2. Identified the reasons of men why they initiated a break-up. 3. Determined if men really wanted to end it or both of them decided to end the relationship. 4. Determined how men initiate a break up.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

LIMITATION OF THE STUDY The study covered only the Summer Class of the Year 2011-2012 of Nursing Students in National University. The study is only about the reasons of men behind every break-up. It only covered the real reasons why men initiate break-up.

METHODOLOGY

This chapter presents the method and procedures of the study. It will discuss the research design, Research Locale, and population of the study. RESEARCH DESIGN

The study utilizes the descriptive-correlational design to examine the relationship that exists among variables, whether the relationship is perfect, very high, marked, or moderated slight or negligible. In this study, we will deal with understanding of the reasons men break-up to their girlfriend and the other risk factors for the level of awareness.

PERIOD OF THE STUDY

We collected 10 investigation reports, the five questions, sample screening of one questionnaire as the scope of the study are listed as following:

Question Survey Do you still fight with your girlfriend? How often and why? What are the usual reasons? Do you easily get bored when you are with your girlfriend? Why? How many times have you had a girlfriend? What are the factors that led you to initiate break up? Is it easy for you to break up with your girlfriend?

SAMPLING PROCEDURE There are two different types of sampling procedures probability and nonprobability. Probability sampling methods ensure that there is possibility for each person in a sample population to be selected, whereas nonprobability methods target specific individuals. Nonprobability sampling methods include the following: Purposive samples: to purposely select individuals to survey Volunteer subjects: to ask for volunteers to survey Haphazard sampling: to survey individuals who can be easily reached Quota Sampling: to select individuals based on a set quota Simple random sample: a sample is drawn randomly from a list of individuals in a population

Systematic selection procedure sample: a variant of a simple random sample in which a random number is chosen to select the first individual and so on from there. Stratified sample: dividing up the population into smaller groups, and random sampling from each group. We used simple random sample to freely configure the different views of men with regard to break up and the reasons behind every break-up.

DATA GATHERING PROCEDURE

There are many ways for a researcher to gather data for his analysis goals. CONCLUSION Through the course of this research, we were able to uncover the real reason behind every excuses of a man during a break-up. Through the data sampling that the group performed, the following are the reasons on why do men and their fight with their girlfriends. The following are the reasons: misunderstanding, super possessive and bitchy character, being crazy, excessive talking (nagging), too much blaming and abusing her parents, girlfriends who do not follow the instructions of their boyfriend (stubborn), flirting with other girls and fight on petty things. Thats why; if you want to keep your man, listen to him if he needs you to. He may not always be right but make him feel that what he says matters. Another cause is that some women allow their girl-buddies get in the way of the relationship. Its not difficult for a man to understand the tightness of a female bonding but if you constantly put your man aside over your girl friends then dont be surprised if he

leaves you a break-up message in your answering machine. One more cause is if you treat your relationship like an open circus to your friends and family. There are certain things that you need to share with your friends and family but there are those that you need to keep between the two of you. If you go yak every fight to your circle then things are bound to get more complicated. Furthermore, being too possessive and too clingy can be a major cause of a breakup. You have to remember that you are his partner not his parole officer. In some cases, too much independence can drive a man away.
