AUDITION REQUIREMENTS A contestant should be at least 16 years old. Contestants who are 16 and 17 years old should have a signed parental consent and waiver or release form signed by their parent or guardian. Enclosed in a long brown envelope: 2x2 picture, original NSO Birth Certi cate (with clear photocopy), one (1) of the following valid IDs with clear photocopy (Drivers license, SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Postal, Voter, Senior Citizen, School, Company, etc.), Original Barangay Certi cates for non-natives who have resided in any Central Luzon province for at least 1 year. Contestants should have no existing management contract. Contestants must be ready with their impressive performances and materials (costumes, props, music, etc.) Each contestant will be given 60 seconds to show their talents. Contestants are not allowed to use sharp objects, weapons or pyrotechnic substances and use vulgar or obscene words. No violent performances.
