It is further ordered, that sufficient reason having been shown therefore, pending the hearing of plaintiff's application for said preliminary injunction, pursuant to Rule 65, Fed. R. Civ. P., Joseph Safdieh and Brooks Fitch Apparel Group, LLC., are temporarily restrained and enjoined from continuing to distribute, sell, or deal in any manner for commercial gain, with the six bodysuits shown on Exhibit A to this Order to Show Cause.
