GENERAL INTRODUCTION

Computer science is a subject that contributes vast knowledge of the computer world to an individual and helps him to recapitulate the exciting world of machineries. It is quite a tough job to make deserving on the given subjects. But confronting all these difficulties, we tried our best to provide the project reports on HTML. The view of our different projects varies irrespective to space and time. we did our HTML projects based on the places that we ourselve have visited. The ideal aim for the preparation of projects is to give a clear-cut knowledge in every subject matter that is in the sphere of science , mathematics and history.

INTRODUCTION TO HTML

HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is a standardized language that is used to create web pages and enables the web browsers to display the page in a particular fashion. This special formatting is applied through specialized tags. The pages can be created using a simple text editor like Notepad, WordPad etc. An HTML file must have an HTM OR HTML file extension.

A page written in HTML has two components: The content that includes text, music clips, and video. Page formatting indicators written as tags. HTML TAGS :An HTML tag is made of a keyword written between two arrow heads ( < and >) and inserted within the text. Placing them within arrowheads helps to identify them from the actual text. For example, the tag that text bold is B. it is tagged <B> within the text. Then tag that makes the text italic is I, and is tagged as <I> within the text. An HTML text is tagged within different tags for different purpose. Each tag has its specific job to do. Tags are of two main types : (1) Container tag. (2) Empty tag. Tags may be written in upper case or in lower case. Use in upper case helps to distinguish them from real text easily.
