NEW EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE April 2013 COHORT

There is only one IFS group this cohort. Highlighting means mentoring/case work at the agency Mentoring should include a meeting between staff and Lead/OCM about the mentoring activity (case review, purpose of visit, etc.) and conclude with a debriefing discussion on every mentoring visit. Highlighting means a sup or lead is needed with trainee at the Academy Text in blue highlight means that supervisors need to complete a task or action.

Important notes:
All Agency meetings/trainings are held in the Boardroom unless otherwise indicated. Agency days run from 8AM-5PM*. Academy days typically run 9-4* (*unless you need to work beyond these hours) No training can be missed due to agency related case work. New staff cannot do field work on their own or transport clients until notice is provided by your Program Director. Staff cannot transport children until completion of car seat training.

Absolutely no cell phone use during any training or meeting.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

PLEASE LET JOSH KNOW WHEN YOU ARE MEETING TO DISCUSS THE FIELD ACTIVITIES SO THAT JOSH CAN JOIN IN YOUR DISCUSSION.

I have created a link to access the forms we will be using throughout the Academy.
