Hello, I am Samantha Minyard, a student at Georgia Southern University, and I am conducting a study on the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization to see how they implemented a more effective human resource management program to their non-profit organization. The purpose of this research is to study how the organization used the solution given by the Muttart Foundation (HR Cluster Program) to better their revenue and allowed them to serve more clients, while not overtaxing staff or requiring additional staff. Participation in this study is completely voluntary. The risks from participating in this study are no more than would be encountered in everyday life; however, you may stop participating at any time without any penalty. You may choose to not answer any question(s) for any reason. The benefits to society include more coverage of the Muttart Foundations HR Cluster Program as well as the growth of other non-profit organizations. In order to protect your confidentiality, a pseudonym for your name will appear on all of the information recorded during the experiment. All the information gathered will be used. The information gathered throughout this study will be held in a locked file cabinet at Georgia Southern whereas no one else will have access to it. The participants will have access to take part in the study as often as theyd like. Interviews and questionnaires will be available for them daily throughout the span of two months. The interviews will last from 15-30 minutes. The questionnaires will take a total of 5-10 minutes. The participants will be non-adolescent employees of The Boys and Girls Club Big Brother Big Sister organization. Outside participants will consist of local community members and parents of the adolescents partaking in the program.
