Did we meet our goals/objectives with the event?

Our goals and objectives were met. Each point of our goals and objectives were adequately addressed in a clear and thoroughly manner. 2 Did we meet our budgetary goals?

Yes. We were able to provide far more than we had initially plan for. Additionally we were able to provide each participant with the necessary tools that afforded them the opportunity to collect data and information by providing them with handouts, writing table, pen, and pencil. 3 What could we have done differently to make the event better/more productive? The staff of the facility should have been invited to participate in the exercises and some of the components that were presented they could incorporate into the curriculum of the school. 4 Did we have enough advertising/PR for the event? How could we have made this better?

Because of the type of seminar which was planned to target a specific audience I believe that advertising and PR was adequate. 5 Did we execute the program in a professional manner? Yes. 6 Did we face any group conflict with the program? What was it? How was it resolved? What could we have done differently? There were some challenges that initially affected the groups in the areas of leadership. However, as time progresses the leadership issue was resolved by the members deciding democratically who should function in various capacities and the role and responsibilities they were put in charge of carrying out. The authority should remain within the group to delegate these responsibilities as oppose to the course instructor. 7 Would we execute a similar program in the future? What changes would we make?

This program is an excellent tool to be used in the future and I believe that any future events of this nature should be captured on video for how a seminar should be conducted. 8 How does this program allow us to grow as a group, professionals, and leaders?

As a group it proves that we can work towards a common goal with cohesion and accomplishment.

As professionals, we were able to function at a very high level of organizing this seminar from start to finish with few glitches. Educating individuals in a practical manner applying the principles taught to us in the classroom, moving from a position of theory to application as professionals. Our individual skill came out in the roles we were called upon to play. 9 How was the social benefit of your seminar to your audience?

It gave them an opportunity to learn more about them individually as it relates to their career orientation as well as it was a motivational tool to be used for propelling them forward in realizing their full potential. 10 Describe your audience reaction and overall satisfaction of your outreach.

Their reaction was one of interest it started off a bit slowly however over time everyone fall in line with the program and carried out each task they were assigned. They express their appreciation for the information they received and they thanked us for taking the time to share with them.
